I showed up with too many packages to return for my own good. Matthew took me in with the best attitude and the upmost kindness. Also, I’ve already encountered Alex twice now and he is one of the kind of employees you wish everyone could have in their company. Alex displays phenomenal customer service and care. I’ve only had the best experience here.

They were super helpful and friendly. I didn't have things together and two employees went out of their way to make sure my returns to Amazon worked out. Special thanks to manager Samantha.

I had an Amazon return at this location. It was a big clumsy baby gate that I could not figure out how to get back into the box. Matthew was so helpful and nice and took the time to get it all figured out! I appreciate the outstanding customer service and will be back!

Went to the UPS store today to send back a return package and the service was great. I was helped swiftly and the whole transaction was very easy. Much easier than I anticipated and felt good about it when leaving. This was the Lexington Zandale store and will return again in the future.

I have used the UPS store services many times before and have always had a great experience! Yesterday Alex went above and beyond when I brought in a pile of random stuff to ship with no box. He was able to measure to get just the right size of box and I was in and out of there in no time! Everything is so clean and orderly and always handled in a professional manner!

Alex assisted me in my Amazon return and was awesome. When I asked about the Christmas stamps they had on the counter, he was also very helpful. The whole transaction was pleasurable and he made everything so easy and super fast. I've been to UPS plenty of times and he provided the best customer service experience or at least one of the best I've ever experienced!

I've had a mailbox here for a few years now. The service is always exemplary whether I'm picking up my mail and packages or shipping something out, they always take great care of me. The last few times I've needed their services, Alex in particular has gone the extra mile and made it a pleasure to do business here.

I just got back from mailing an Amazon package back. The staff at the UPS store were so friendly and helpful. Carly waited on me and she was wonderful, caring, and patient!! Such a nice way to a start my day!!!

I had a fabulous experience at your UPS location at Zandale shopping center in Lexington Kentucky. Josh was simply outstanding. Since I have not done my Amazon return properly, he spent all the time I needed to get it done correctly and get it returned through the UPS store. The moment we walked into the UPS Store #3324 at 2220 Nicholasville Rd., Lexington, KY Janie greeted us with a smile and asked how she could help us and in discovering we needed to return a package she quickly printed a label and prepared the package for its return. Her friendly smile, greeting and skills made the process a pleasant experience. Thanks so much, Janie!

I brought in a box that I had wrapped in brown shipping paper. I had already attached my prepaid label. I was informed that the paper could rip on the conveyor belts causing my package to potentially lose the shipping label. I didn't realize that this could be a problem. Instead of me having to leave and repack my item, Heather and the staff helped me come up with a solution right away. It didn't cost me anything and I was able to ship my item during my visit. I am so thankful for Heather and the fully staffed location for helping me out today. I will definitely come back to this location for further shipping needs. While I was there Heather told me about a discounted shredding event that was going to happen the upcoming weekend. I will stopping by to drop off and utilize this service.

Allen took the time to help me pack up my items to be shipped. I had my little one and he knew I needed help. Josh took care of my shipping request and both provided great customer service! Thanks to this UPS!

Not one for reviews but wanted to give a quick shout out to Josh. First time I ever had a pleasant experience shipping something. I live right next door to the Tates Creek Center location, but I’ll make the drive if the rest of the staff is half as good as him.

This is my UPS store! Convenient location , quick, efficient and reliable service. Alex was my representative today, very helpful and complimented me on my own packaging . I have been using this location for about 6 years now and recommend it anyone who needs the service of UPS. Thanks team for all you do to get our packages delivered in a timely manner.

I use this store frequently to drop off Amazon returns, internet hardware, etc. I love the 5 minute drop off parking outside the store and the drop off process is always fast. Great business.
