Joann's does a great job of having a superior variety of fabrics, threads, notions, beads, artificial florals, yarns, and other craft needs - all at a great price. They always have rotating sales. Their app will help you save even more. Even when I've wanted specific items for upholstery or cosplay costumes, they've had what I needed in stock.

They have the best sales and coupons. I bought all my Christmas tree decorations and it only cost me $145. With sales and coupons I save over $220.

Extremely helpful at the cash register today. Wanted to use my coupon on my phone but it was already on sale. So I was able to purchase something else that I really wanted for a present while my transaction was suspended. Now I don't have to make another long trip to get to Jo-Ann fabrics. Absolutely love looking around in there.

Joann's is very expensive, but I went while they had a 'lowest prices of the season,' event. I got 8 yards of fleece, and it was honestly nowhere near as expensive as I expected. I got 2 very pretty patterns, and I honestly love them both so much, they'll be perfect. The store is VERY well-kept, clean, and well-organized. It is also very easy to find all that you need, and everyone there is very friendly and very helpful. Cannot give any higher praise. Thanks, Joann

Yesterday I was looking for a container of some kind to transport a hydrangea wreath I had made. After looking all over town with no results, I stopped at JoAnn's and was fortunate enough to have your receiving manager, Bethany, help me find a suitable container. She had to move a whole pile of boxed items to get to it, But was able to find exactly what I needed. Talk about customer service! Thank you Bethany!!!!!

As a young person just getting into crafting I was really intimidated to go into Joanne's, I thought it would be uncomfortable and that employees might not be welcoming. Everytime I leave I'm tempted to hand off my contact information because the folks in there are SO kind, friendly and welcoming and I need to know good people! Can't reccomend enough

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about different crafting needs. We were working on a specific project and an employee was able to help us save money by suggesting something a little different. Our family is thankful for that!

I was looking for 2 inch foam to help extend the life of my couch cushions. Not only did I find a large selection, but it was on sale! The lady at the cutting counter also helped me find additional savings by directing me to the Joann's app. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Amazing customer service. They were super helpful with assisting me in finding my selection. They have a great assortment of ribbon, fabrics, and more. They also have coupons available frequently as well.

Offers a nice variety of most items, but the biggest reason I give them 5 stars ... they go out of their way to help you find multiple coupons during the check-out process, which their competitor, Michael's, do not allow. Saving you even more money. They don't always carry all the items in-store thier competition carry, but you can order online. Cashiers are much much more friendly as well. Great customer service!

Jane was very helpful over the phone! I am coordinating my wedding reception from Denver and she was very helpful and found something for me in the store. She offered to put a 24-hour hold on it for my mom to pick up tomorrow. Great customer service!

Jordan was extremely helpful. Every time I turned around she was helping where it was needed. From cutting fabric, answering questions and checking out multiple customers at once, Jordan is a great asset to this store!

One of the larger JoAnns I've been in. Well organized. Wide selection. Good sales. Nice sales people. One tip: Take a number at the cutting table to get your fabric cut when you first walk in, then go find your fabric while those ahead in line are getting theirs cut ;)

Love the way this location helped our community from the start of this pandemic by donating supplies to sewers to help with the ppe shortage. Even through curbside service. Plus their fabric selection is awesome for finding fun prints for all of your sewing projects!

Ordered fabric on line. One of the pieces I wanted was only at the store in Traverse City. They only had 8 yards. A few days later I went, I could not find it. One of the associates located it. Yay!!
