I started going to Bill's when he was on Main Street in essex, and would purchase about 10-12 kits per year. I went in a few times in 2020 & 2021 & bill wasn't there. I asked specifically what day that Bill would be in, because he was such a pleasure to talk to. I booked my appointment accordingly, but when I got there, same old excuse, "oh, he doesn't work this day" and the staff was cold & aloof, wouldn't converse, downright miserable, that's why I took my business elsewhere
