Updating my 1 star review to 5.

We had a problem with our custom retread order and customer service worked with us for a return with full refund. The staff thanked me for bringing to light the issue with the 3rd party the retreads are ordered through.

We highly recommend the Nucor flooring from Floor and Decor (we love the Honeycomb color floors in the picture).

Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Note: Be cautious when ordering the custom retreads to go with vinyl plank flooring. Make sure the staff is clear regarding a perfect match or if they are “coordinated.” As of March 2024, the retreads ordered through their 3rd party is just “coordinated” and don’t really look good (the retreads are on top

Floor and Decor has the most extensive selection of floor coverings I have ever come across! They also have large format tiles as big as 48"x48" and sheets of marble and granite that large. There staff is very j helpful as well.
There is one current issue though. There management is holding some sales back by not letting small quantities of clearance items sell at lesser prices.

Our first visit to Floor & Decor could not have been more positive! We were welcomed by staff as soon as we entered and were directed to Michele in flooring. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we looked at the numerous options on display. When we found what we wanted, she checked inventory and coordinated with the Brookfield store to make sure we could get enough product. All other staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful as well. We will be back for tile in the near future!

They have most of the materials they sell on hand. They also have nearly every tool you could need for the job. Great place for getting design ideas. The showroom is well lit to help make your color choices spot on.

Zach was great to work with! I had a box of leftover hardwood flooring from my last project that was more than 90 days old. I was worried based on other reviews that they might not accept the return but they did (for store credit)! Employees were all very friendly - we were asked multiple times if we needed help finding anything. Very pleasant experience!

I had an amazing experience at Floor & Decor. I ordered flooring from a different store and it arrived damaged. 80% of it was unusable. I had family coming in from out of town to install it the next day, so I quickly went to Floor & Decor to look for something in stock. They had a great selection of LVP. Hannah was incredibly helpful in explaining differences between flooring and helping me find the right color, and Jeremiah helped load it into my car. The floor turned out amazing and not a singleplank was damaged. I highly recommend checking out Floor & Decor for your next project! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and staff are very friendly!

Sherri is a great designer to work with! She put for us a palette of beautiful tiles together! Overall, this store is great!! No lines and plenty assistance! I wish I had more bathrooms to remodel.

Just finished a couple jobs using the material from this store, and they came out great. The management is excellent to work with and the Pro ADM Dante Daniels is top notch!

Very happy with the service and the selection! We updated our bathroom recently and used F & D for the tile and associated materials. The whole staff at F & D were great!

Your employee is absolutely the worst. She spent the entirety of lunch giving the wait staff at World Buffet attitude. Then, while on the phone she declares “These people won’t be getting a tip”.

Train your employees to remove their vests if they’re going to act like that in public. Be embarrassed by her actions.

I included the 5 star review because I don’t know their service and didn’t want to mess with their reviews. But this employee gets One Star.

I had never heard of Floor and Decor. I was researching material for a DYI project to update my 2004 fireplace to 2022 and found exactly what I was looking for at Floor and Decor. I went to the store to look at the material and web. I walked in WOW!!! They have everything you need from flooring to tile and everything you would need to complete your project! I was a kid in a candy store! BUT… as amazed I was with all the bright shiny things to look at, I have to say the Customer Service was beyond anything you would expect in a Home Improvement Store!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a number of hello’s and welcome’s! An Associate by the name of Chrissy was there the first night I was there and then when I went back to buy the material. When I went back to buy, Chrissy asked if she could help me. I asked if I could have all the tile I needed could be loaded in the Customer pick up area. She said of course and proceeded to ring me up at the register and set me up to have it loaded in my car. She was training a new person and took him step by step to make sure he knew how to this type of transaction in the future. She is an excellent trainer! Thorough and patient! I feel very fortunate to have had Chrissy help me! I would highly recommend Floor and Decor and do yourself a favor and ask for Chrissy!

I’ve been in this store probably about 10 times to purchase materials for a bathroom renovation. I’ve bought transitional trim, waterproofing, tiles, counter top, grout, silicone, etc. I’m very happy with all my purchases. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful especially if you’re a DIYer.

The warehouse did a great job loading my order. They made sure to strap the pallet and use corners to protect the load. The forklift operator was extremely careful and attentive when loading the pallet.

Big thanks to Ella, Hannah, Christina, Michelle, Karen and Kevin for always being helpful. Appreciate the store is always organized and clean too.

I've been to a few places to look at tile and seems like they have the best prices. And a large store to browse. Friendly and helpful cashiers too.

My husband and I came in to purchase tile and LVT for a large remodeling project. Cristina from the Pro Team was absolutely awesome at guiding us through the materials that would best suit our needs. She was patient, provided great advice, and made the whole process way more manageable. The store itself had a huge variety and all staff were friendly and ready to help.

Every time we come into the store, we are greeted by the fantastic Floor&Decor crew and they make our shopping experience so wonderful! They are all so helpful and genuinely want us to find the best solutions. Special shoutouts to Zach, Ella, Cristina, Peyton, Jesus, Kevin and Sage! Great job you all, we love it here and we’d come back every time we need to buy stuff for a new house… if only I had enough money to buy more houses huh?

I own a flooring company and I use them all the time. Very knowledgeable and they always have it in stock!!

Today we went and picked out tiles for our back splash. We decided on a small 5x5 tile and ended up not loving it. So we came in and did a return and swap. We had a fantastic lady named Ella that helped us with the exchange. She was the best, along with many other helpful employees. Highly recommend coming here over menards or Home Depot!

Customer service is awesome. Kira was extremely helpful with my several purchases and returns of samples. Carin’s knowledge and assistance has helped to make the right purchases of materials needed for our project. Love this store!
