Nick was amazing and so patient at helping me get my account fixed and phones added. Both him and his coworker were very professional and knowledgeable of the products and services. I highly recommend going to see them at their location if you need any type of assistance with your phone or account!

I had great customer service with every experience. The only reason I had for going back several time was an issue with Verizon’s system being down. The young man who helped me was professional, honest, and, well, just amazing. I will say that they were a little short handed and he was alone but his service was worth the wait.

I had to replace my Galaxy Note10. It took me 8 days to get a replacement phone and that was after spending 3 or more hours daily trying to replace my phone. When I got a replacement, the technical help number given to me by the insurance company was not a working number. I was so very frustrated.
I contacted Vincent and he told me to come to the store and that he would help me and he did. I was very frustrated and agitated. He was calm and in a very busy store, took care of my issues , with a gentleness and kindness that was phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else for my wireless service.

Brittany and her team assisted me with my business account. I didn’t have my paperwork with me and the team members helped me gather the paperwork needed and set my new business account up without issue. Superb customer service, nice and friendly people that care.

My phone wasn’t working when we switched to Verizon so we stopped in to figure out what was wrong. Rebecca was friendly and quickly helped us. We were in the store for maybe 10-15 minutes and the problem was resolved. She was kind and explained what had happened to my phone!

Great service but think the $35.00 fee to transfer data due to defective phone that was purchased at Russell is unwarranted and I will take my business else where next purchase. Phone was still under warranty and should have been considered “customer service” okay n my opinion!

Aracely was very helpful and took her time to assist me. My phone had stopped working and she tried to fix it , but is a very old phone. Ended up buying a new one that was affordable.

Got two new phones and service. Aleck spent quite a bit of time explaining Plan options and showing how to use the new phones. Was very knowledgeable and patient and I very much appreciated how he helped us.

Vincente was the sweetest Verizon agent I’ve ever dealt with! He got me the best deal on my watch, and was very helpful with keeping my two year old entertained while we were setting up my new devices!

Aleck went above and beyond to help me out with my phone order. And I really think you should give him a raise. He deserves it. After all the trouble he had to go thru. With some of those operators at Verizon that didn't have a clue what they were doing. You have got a very good and knowledgeable employee. I would recommend him to everyone. First experience with Russell Cellular Verizon and I was impressed. Aleck was so personable and knowledgeable and compassionate. Store was clean, and organized. I’ll be coming back for my future Verizon purchases and needs.

Russel from the Tyler Tx location off Shiloh was the best. I’ve dealt with Verizon many times but this time was different. Russel actually gave me options and explained the process of each.
