Great place to purchase office supplies for your business and home. The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have a great full service printing for businesses and the public.

I’m giving this Staples location 5 stars all because one employee name Christiana. I went in to pick up my holiday cards and was not satisfied with the results. Christiana offer to remake them so I agreed to pick up my holiday cards until a later date. Today, 11/26/2023 @ 4:20 I went back to Staples to pick up my order and once again was dissatisfied with the results due to the rough cutting around the holiday cards. Christiana happened to see me in the check out lane and asked how I liked my new set of cards. As I showed Christiana the reason I was dissatisfied, she took all of my holidays cards and made sure they were all evenly cut . I appreciate you Christiana for making sure my holiday cards looked how I wanted them to look. There are not that many employees who go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Staples is the place to go for office furniture. I purchased a desk and chair for my home office, and the quality of the furniture is superb. It's both stylish and functional. What's even better is the unbeatable value – I got top-notch office furniture at a price that didn't hurt my wallet. Staples certainly exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value.

Found pen refill quickly, and it works better than the original in a sterling silver pen I've had for years. Hooray!

I live around the corner, so I come here all the time for ink & misc. office supplies. Everyone is always sooo nice, so helpful, and great customer service. If you bring in your empty ink cartridge and join the rewards program, you will save a whole lot! Their rewards program is great because you earn coupons all the time. The Manager, Bobby, was great in assisting me exchange my HP ink cartridges for a different one because my HP Printer died. Thank you Staples on Golden Valley, Santa Clarita!
