Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is by far the best retail customer service experience I’ve received ever. Josh went above and beyond to provide top notch service, ensured I got all the right tools, and provided great service.

Went to Sherwin-Williams this week to pick up some paint. The sales associate was very helpful (it was very clear I has no idea what I was doing). I was able to order online and just do a pickup.

It was very easy. The paint was good quality and I'm happy we went with Sherwin-Williams.

Most professional, honest and very helpful staff. They not only helped me to find the correct shade but also recommended the right paint even though it was much cheaper.

Vanessa is a Rock Star!! She is very knowledgeable regarding the SW paint formulations and even met me outside with the finished product so I could be on my way ASAP to start my painting job! Thank you Vanessa for your outstanding customer service !!

Unlike the large home improvement stores, yours is a paint specific retailer. If you have questions, need a color match, etc., I recommend Sherwin Williams all day long.

Tried going to a hardware store first, but the experience wasn't great. Glad I decided on Sherwin. They have great customer service & selection.

There was a lady that was helping me (Thurs afternoon 3/25) which was very knowledgeable and helped with all the concerns I had. Unfortunately I forgot to get her name.
