Ralphs

I love this Ralphs, great fresh produce and wonderful deli selection. Their chicken enchiladas are better than so many Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at.

This is yet another Ralph’s location that has Beatbox but they don’t have as many options as the other Ralph’s locations does. I don’t know what the criteria is for how they get their products but I do know that I’d love to see the beatbox green apple flavor there. They do honor the 3 for $10 deal or did when it was a corporate wide discount.

The shopping experience here is nice obviously because it’s in Irvine and I truthfully have never seen a Ralph’s I didn’t like.

I use the online pick up services and it’s great , in these unprecedented times even when things are being lifted you can not be too careful especially when i take care of elders, the associates that always bring the groceries to my car are efficient & courteous , they double check who i am and if i have coupons

Great customer service here and the clipped coupons really come in handy. Make sure you get the app!

Masha, Junden offered to help my caregiver and I. I'm in a wheelchair and it would have been difficult for my caregiver to push me and carry the grocery bags. Junden helped. Thank you for your help. 10/10 service 🏆

Great place to buy Kroger products.

I misread my receipt and thought I was overcharged for an item, and the manager, Blace, in addition to the cashier who referenced me as "his customer and what's going on?" explained and rectified the issue so well that I left with a smile. Give these guys a promotion. So kind and professional. Great store.

ALWAYS a GREAT Ralphs in which to shop! . . . excellent selection of cheeses, good deli, generally well-stocked in a large variety of grocery foods, and friendly staff . . . very well maintained.

Was here on my annual trip to visit my son: every year I make it tradition to go to Ralph's. Being from the Midwest, I was impressed the first visit! So clean, organized, very helpful staff, flowers were beautiful, produce fresh and deli is the bomb. Olive bar reasonably priced, meats very high quality. And this is for any location you go to. Every year, I purchase their cute reusable shopping bags and take them home as souvenirs!!!!!!!

Fresh food products! They need to work on bakery orders. I like the fact on their reward programs to sponsor schools.

ETA: I accidentally clicked on Woodbury Ralph's while I was trying to look for the opening hours. All the cashiers at Alton square are nice and helpful, except for one who wear thick glasses and looks a little bald. This guy never replies to my hello, I'm invisible, I've noticed this passed 3 years.

This location has the same sale prices as the other Ralph's locations in the area, but their selection of cheeses is far better than any of the rest. The checkout lines move relatively quickly and the cashiers are always friendly.

Nice clean grocery store. Friendly staff. Jesus from the fruits department has always been of great help to help me pick the right products! Also really like the fact that this store has an amazing selection of cheeses!

I love to go shopping at the Ralph’s close to my house. The store is clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Today I went to the store to look for cheese and to meet A. Ali, who was very helpful. She found the right cheese for me.

This Ralph's is great and especially Jesus from the produce department. He's always willing to help and always has great suggestions of fruits that are in season. He also helps me choose the avocados that are ready to eat because I have not been able to learn how to do it.

If you love cheese then don't go anywhere else but to a lady named A. Ali (I think?) at Ralphs, Alton Square. She is The Best! She is very patience with your inquiries. Not to mention suggestion...as she has introduced me to a new type of cheese, that is just fantastic. 5 stars for A.Ali!!!

This Ralph's is better than most. They have an excellent selection of the cashew milk icen cream. Plus I really like the deli sandwiches and there is a guy named Mark there that makes the veggie sandiches the best. Really takes pride in his work. A lady named Ana does almost as good. Make sure you request one of them. Otherwise you are on your own.

I love shopping at this Ralphs where the staff knows you, they are friendly, helpful and they care about their customers, especially Jesus in the produce department and Kelly K at the register! During COVID -19 they clean touch points (doors, counters, register area regularly).

Love this store! The manager goes above and beyond with her customer service. My favorite grocery store not just because of the great deals. The employee's make it a great experience !

After the new renovation, it looks great. Good produce, excellent selection overall (it's huge), and friendly staff. Parking can get hectic at certain times of the day as it is a popular mall area.

This Ralphs is pretty big. The aisles are wide so it is very easy to navigate in the store. Always in stock. The fruits and vegetables are fresh with reasonable price.
