On January 15th, at around 10 PM, I visited this store with the intention of redeeming some coupons. However, I encountered difficulties in the process, and just as I was on the verge of giving up, a customer service representative named Sodaba approached me. She not only asked if I needed assistance but went above and beyond to help.

Sodaba made multiple attempts to redeem the coupons, and when those efforts proved unsuccessful, she took the initiative to guide me to her register. With her expertise and dedication, she successfully redeemed the coupon. While the coupon itself may not have been of utmost importance to me, the exceptional amount of time and effort that Sodaba invested in resolving the issue truly impressed me.

After reviewing my receipt, I noticed her name—Sodaba—and I felt compelled to commend her outstanding customer service. I want CVS to be aware that Sodaba is doing an amazing job, and her commitment to providing exceptional service deserves recognition.

This was my first visit to this location cause they are open 24/7 , I went around 1130 PM and the staff the cashier were so nice and amazing , all I needed to see after hearing some bad news in the ER . I guess who helped me a young guy his names starts with letter P.

Ok, I only had a couple of small purchases. When I went to check out the self checkstand was a bit glitched, but Keiko ran over from Cosmetics so fast I hardly knew there was a problem. She ran me through my checkout quickly and professionately. Plus, she has enough cheery personality for 3 other people! I always have a good experience at this CVS, but Keiko made today even better.

Very clean and well organized CVS location. Great parking lot that is easy to get in and out of.

I grew up shopping at. CVS and they never disappointed. The store is always neat, you can always find seasonal merchandise.

Originally went into CVS to grab some things to cater to some house guests I was having over. Jocelyn at check out was hands down the best Customer service I’ve ever had at a store.. we spoke as she scanned, she mentioned ear piercings at an undeniable cost. Very cleanly, very gentle and counted down as she pierced. Placements of piercings were great and instructions for after care was great. Even removed old ear piercings that looked rough and replaced them with new.. was assisting other customers with questions while helping me prepare and sign wavers. I just had to come on here and comment how impressed I am with the passion and care Jocelyn has making customers comfortable and wanting to come back. This should be recognized. I’m going to be returning to have her Pierce my ears more.

I’ve had little to no issues at this CVS. Stag is helpful and the lines go fast when you use the “self check out” option. I often find what I’m looking for at a fair price. Always live coming here!

This place is absolutely amazing, super organized, and clean. The staff is fantastic they have excellent customer service. They are fast and friendly. My grandma shops here all the time and she had recently shopped for vitamins and diapers for my grandfather who sadly passed away last month. We didn't have a receipt saved from our purchases because we were not planning on returning anything, but David K and John the manager were more than kind to return the items for me without any problem. They are amazing people. Thank you for making my grandma happy even with such a small gesture. It doesn't go unnoticed and we appreciate your kindness.

We found a guy who was very helpful in explaining all our needs. Unfortunately there was a lady who was ignoring customers.

Great experience at this pharmacy! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The pharmacist was quite knowledgeable and provided a thorough consultation in a really professional way. Staff at the cashier makes sure to greet you on your way in and out which is a great gesture.

This cvs was fully stocked and had a wide selection of skin care and makeup and beauty supplies the store was very clean and had 3 self check out plus 2 cashiers no line loved it

Largest Pharmacy in Orange County. I have a number of odd prescriptions and also large quantities of popular drugs. At every other CVS pharmacy I has to wait up to 3 days ever month to order in stock to fill my prescriptions. At Irvine, for the last 6 months they had EVERYTHING in stock and 20-30 minutes later I walked out with my prescriptions in my hands. Irvine is not the closest store to me but one trip is always better than two.

Great service from the cashiers, so convenient that they are open 24/7. If you go at 2 am you may see a few people sleeping in their cars. Aside from that I have no real complaints.

Ibrahim is a very Kind and helpful pharmacist. He deserves a pay raise and promotion.

Clean and generally well-stocked for necessary items, as well as great for pharmacy prescriptions.

This is the first time I be there, I love it clean, beautiful, friendly and they open 24 hours with pharmacist, there was a quy I guess he Is Indian wish I asked his name he was so nice, friendly and helpful, I was there 1:30am
