Zumiez

Bought some sambas a half size too big for my boyfriend from Zumiez before the holidays and we wanted to exchange them for the right size. We had traveled states home by the time we got around to it and I realized I didn’t have my receipt with me. The employees at this store were amazing. One of them helped us find out how to exchange them and ordered a new pair to our address. I know shipping depends, but they literally showed up next day. Anyway, just came here to say the employees at this location were great!! Very sweet, helpful, and friendly! :) Thank you!

Super good service there greeted me as I walked in and when I asked to try the fitting room a employee suggested I tried on these other pants that I wanted to try on since they were doing a deal and the other employee who let me into the fitting room was very kind to be helpful in seeing if there were other clothes my size.

Wandered into this location while at the mall and ended up finding some pretty sweet deals. I don’t remember the young girls name who helped me but she was fantastic and was able to answer any questions I had about what I was looking at buying. She was very honest and relatable. I wish I had her name because she deserves some recognition. Great service and a good place to get some sweet styles!
