I really wanted to redo my old yucky pantry but I was really struggling to find good quality shelves in the right size. I needs two oddball sized shelves. I searched all the normal big online sites to no avail. Then I found shelving.com and was super excited to see that they had everything I needed. I am super impressed with both the quality and the look of the shelves. I love my new pantry!!

I love these shelves. Not only are there many standard widths, lengths, and heights to choose from, but if one of those doesn't quite fit the space you're trying to fill, you can customize your selection! Wow, was this nice when I needed to fill a small space between my new washer and dryer. And they hold a ton of weight - good purchase!

Great product and responsive company. I wanted to add an extra row to my 6' shelves purchased at from a big retail warehouse. Shelving, Inc had a set of 14" pole extenders and a kit that replaced the caps with a receiver and threaded bolt to do the job. Order came quickly.

Excellent service all the way around. Had an issue with shelves damaged in shipping. The customer service rep was very helpful and sent us replacement parts quickly. Working with the sales rep to get the correct sizing for our particular application was an easy, informative process. I work with companies all day ordering materials and these guys stand out in all aspects. Look forward to the opportunity to work with them again.

While, for some reason, it is extremely difficult to find on their website, there is a spot for custom making your own shelving -- purchase posts of selected length, and the number of shelves of selected depth and width you need. To me, superior to being forced to have only 4 or 5 shelf options. Good quality, shipped promptly. Wish I had found them sooner, but I'll keep the info "just in case" I need more. (Already placed an additional order based on quality of first one received!)

I had an area in my small kitchen that I wanted a sturdy shelf for. It is about an 8" area behind a frequently used door. It had to be sturdy for my cast iron cookware as well. I got the shelf and assembled it myself-very easy to do. It fits great and makes great use for that awkward space. WONDERFUL!!

The 8" deep wire shelves are hard to find. They are perfect for my Laundry Room cleaning supplies and tools, along with batteries and other "junk drawer" stuff every house needs. The wire shelves are super easy to assemble, and very sturdy. Well worth the cost.

All agents were confident in the product. They communicated well with each other when I had a question on an order, each person was able to pick up the ball where another had left off. Products were of very good quality and shipped quickly.

Had racks installed last week, the crew showed up 2 hours later than planned (10am), the scissor lift didn't arrive until 2pm, slowing the whole process. First day ends with a 14 hour shift because now I have to baby sit a crew that was 2 hours late. I watched as the anchors were being put in and noticed only one being placed when 2 are obviously required to support the weight and make sure the rack never moves. They told me they didn't run out of them but had used all the "required" anchors. I asked why 2 couldn't be placed in ever foot of every rack and was told I could be shown a manufacturer ticket explaining the issue. I don't see a point to having racks that are half secure. If there's holes or peices left over than you did something wrong. On top of that, this morning I discover a whole set of my racks aren't level, definitely not calling these guys to come fix it.

I purchased wire shelving 8''x 24''x72'' with add on parts to make 2 36'' units . We are re- doing a total upgrade on a home our self's .On 2022 I called after opening the 2 packages, that the extra parts where not there. The said there where 3 packages sent and there was 2 invoices not just one but when I copied it I just had the 1. They could not do anything about it. After 15 days. another thing I did not know. She said it was just a 1lb package very small and that was it. All the things I ordered just 2 had problems and one I ordered before this one with a missing piece of a shower door glass 80 lbs, they looked it up and sent me the piece no problem. When Corporations put there orders in for hotels and large projects they do not open every box to look at it they look to check the package papers to make sure the packages are there mine said nothing nothing about 3 or 2 invoices you think they would would at least put 2 of 3 packages on them and if I was a corporation the would send me the missing parts. WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY BE VERY CARFULL INSPECT EVERYTHING CARFULLY DOT YOUR I'S AND CROSS YOUR T'S.
