We love Charming North and have gotten so many various pieces: high quality mens & womens clothing, boutique decor. Throw pillows, rug, vase filler, tchotchkes, candles. I am always happy with my findings here and Ted & Ashley have been fantastic to get to know!

There are too few places to get quality things to wear for men and women. Charming North has been exceptional in customer service and providing nothing but high quality products. I cant recommend them enough! An absolute hidden gem in downtown Cadillac!

I absolutely love this store! Such a wonderful variety of products ranging from men's clothing, women's clothing, home furnishings, jewelry, candles, organic handcrafted soaps, furniture paint, rugs, etc. Charming North also rents men's formal wear and has a beautiful event space next door, "The North Room". The owner's are very warm and friendly and were willing to go above and beyond to assist me!

We arrived at Charming North minutes after they had closed and locked up for the night. Ashley saw us, unlocked the door, and ushered us into the store when I explained my son needed outfitted at the last minute for a school dance this weekend. Ashley and Ted quickly got to work measuring my son, making suggestions as to what would work well for him, and coordinating colors with the dress my son's girlfriend had brought in. Exceptional customer service goes a long way, and they truly delivered. It would have been easy to ignore us on the other side of that locked door, but instead they earned some new loyal customers.

Ted & Ashely were so personable to do business with! They worked one on one with my husband to find the best fit for the suit he wanted and sold him what he needed. They worked with us to get the suit tailored in the time frame we needed and it looked beautiful and was when we needed it by. Thank you so much you tow, we will be back!

When you think of a perfect downtown shop, Charming North fits the vision perfectly. Charming country decor, hand crafted items, jewelry I’m in love with and unique items I didn’t know I had to have. The owners are always there and happy to welcome you and are huge community supporters. If you are visiting Cadillac, this is a must visit!

This is a great store with some unique offerings. Ted and Ashley are very friendly and always helpful. There are always new arrivals so you can find something different every time you shop.

Charming North is my go-to for beautiful antiques, home decor and handmade one of a kind gifts. I love how they support local artisans. Wonderful customer service and atmosphere!
