The workers here are polite, friendly, and they thoroughly cleaned my phone while allowing me to watch as they replaced the broken screen. This place has cost appropriate products they offer professional advice, and they'll walk with you step by step through the process. In one word they're proficient.

I found an ad on social media from this store. I responded to the ad which I had mistakenly read incorrectly. My mistake was very politely explained to me and a discount for MY mistake was immediately offered. The exact phone I wanted was not currently in stock which was expected as I wanted a very specific and hard to find phone in a certain color. An order was placed and I got a text just 48 hours later saying I could pick up my phone for the previously agreed upon discounted price. I arrived shortly thereafter and was pleasantly greeted by staff who welcomed me in. I was given the opportunity to play with and inspect the phone, which I did and the phone was in almost immaculate and perfect condition. I was told I had a 60 day in store warranty against anything software related so long as I don't physically damage the phone. That was an unexpected and appreciated addition to the purchase adding another layer of security and comfort in case any thing was wrong with the phone after leaving the store. The staff were the most polite individuals I have interacted with in recent times. I would recommend anyone to use this shop to purchase a used and unlocked phone for good price. I'm extremely happy.
