Visiting the beautiful town of Healdsburg and had a wonderful. My wife was looking to replace here footwear and we were so happy with the service we received in this store today. No hard sale or time pressure and the young lady who we were dealing with was very knowledgeable. We left very happy and no reservations in giving this business 5 Stars

Good selection, friendly staff. Found a nice pair of brooks trail shoes on sale. Definitely will be coming back.

I cannot rate this group high enough. I came out from MN for the Lake Sonoma 100k. We checked out their store the day before for packet pickup. They had outstanding products and service. I ran the race and had a great time, but on the way back home we had our car broken into in San Francisco, and had several thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen, including the hat, cup, bib, and stickers from the race. I contacted Sam about it and he shipped these items to be as well as another hat and awesome can cuzzy with it for free. I got these things three days after talking with Sam and Sadie. Outstanding service and outstanding people.

Great shop and friendly group runs. Ralph was patient and helpful as I tried on about 15 pairs of shoes and asked loads of questions. The shop even special ordered a pair of shoes for me when I vainly insisted on a specific color. Came away with 3 awesome pairs and a couple of socks to get me excited for miles on trails and roads back home.

Awesome store with great customer service. So many different types of running shoes. They take the time to get you the right pair for your feet! Couldn't ask for anything more out of a running company! Thanks guys!

I just moved to Healdsburg roughly 3 days before everything closed. I had no idea what really was downtown / where to go when I was in DIRE need of getting a foam roller (staying inside due to COVID = working out for the first time in a looonggg time and then getting hurt) and couldn’t for the life of me find one nearby. Finally after a last Hail Mary, I used maps to see if I could scavenge one up. The Healdsburg Running Company popped up and while it does say “temporarily closed” I still called, because why not? And let me tell you, after my hour and a half struggle of searching, Ralph from HRC came to the rescue. He told me they ARE OPEN BUT you need a RESERVATION in order to go into the store. I explained my sitch to him, and he said come on over and just wait outside. When I arrived I noticed Ralph went the extra mile for his potential customer and brought out all the foam rollers / muscle helpers to the front bench. He explained which ones were the best, what muscle group it would be for, and what for myself, would be the best given the different prices. While ringing me up he even told me to use the (very expensive) muscle massage machine to help loosen up my very tight IT band. This company is amazing, I highly recommend going here and making an appointment. If Ralph is there definitely ask for him if possible because you won’t be disappointed. If he’s not, then no worries because I’m more than positive the rest of the employees would be nothing less than superb. Overall they got a 6 out of 5 stars in my book.

Absolutely the best running shoe store I've ever experienced. The staff spent almost an hour with me to make sure I got the shoes I needed. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Great running shop! I stop in every time I'm in the area and try to pick up another piece of running kit that I probably don't need, but is too cool not to buy. Really enjoy the community runs and the connection with LS50.

I can't say enough good things about Healdsburg Running Company! They treated me more like a friend than a customer. I came in asking about race information, and didn't plan to buy anything, and that did not matter to them. They were happy to provide me with all of their recommended upcoming races and other tips for running in the area. 10/10 Highly recommend, and 100% will be back to their store.

Fantastic store. Good selections of men's and women's shoes and other other soft goods. Staff is awesome. Skip and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They will take the time to get you in the right shoe. 10/10

We were in the area for a quick weekend away. My husband had a quick question about his current shoes. Ralph (and I think, Kim) were super helpful! They answered all our questions, gave us an overload of information and let us try on several shoes (and run around the block) with no intention of buying. They were so helpful, I almost bought a pair! I wish we lived in the area just so we could be a costumer and participate in their running events! Our local running store doesn't compare at all! Great, great place!!

HRC has an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They went out of their way to fill me in about local routes, races, and events. It's a far better experience than any chain store. Their passion and love of the sport really shines here.

Excellent customer service. Ralph more interested in making sure the shoe fits (or anything else) than getting your dollars. Best experience in any shop and we have been in many.

Healdsburg Running Company has a vast assortment of shoes and athletic wear. I was impressed when they asked me to run to make sure that I was buying the correct shoe for my running style and posture. I would highly recommend HRC.

A runner's paradise. Owners Skip and Holly are the best. They have shoes for everyone. Plenty of clothing for performance and fashion. Hats! Love HRC.
