I was so well taken care of. Lahanna and Carrie did such a great job helping me. I had to wait 5 months for chairs, but so well worth it. The furniture is such good quality. I highly recommend doing business here.

Recce (I most likely spelled incorrectly) she is an incredible at her job and at customer service. Proving the team at this store was great and very helpful.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars. Lahnna the store manager went above and beyond to handle one of my orders. She was patient and followed up when she said she would. She found solutions around some issues with my product that was delivered slightly damaged. I would go out of my way to order from this particular store again.

We all know west elm is west elm. What makes the difference is the store associate and service they provide. Thank you Lahnna!

My husband and I walked in after visiting 5 furniture stores yesterday. We are replacing water damaged bedroom furniture, and were not very enthusiastic about what we saw elsewhere. We walked through quickly and found exactly what we wanted. Rebecca was the best in giving us an estimate, letting us know when the 3 pieces would be available, and giving us paperwork after purchase to share with the insurance company. I would love to have it all delivered next week, but am willing to wait for the quality of worksmanship and the great style. Our flood happened the end of January, but we can wait a few more weeks for our beautiful bedroom furniture.

I was kind of worried going in considering all the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. They were helpful, and not pushy and I was helped by Rebecca who was great. I ended up ordering a couch and a few other items. Be advised for some things there’s a long lead time

I come here often so this review is long overdue. This store is my favorite of all west elms for many reasons. It is always so clean! So organized (even when it’s super busy with customers) everything always smells amazing and lastly, most importantly the staff is always sooo helpful. Belinda Foate is my favorite. I’m lucky to have her help me and my twin brother time and time again. So that sparked the review but non the less everyone is outgoing and willing to do whatever it takes to make that beach community clientele happy which takes skill 😉🙏🏼💯
