This is the BEST experience I have had at a Verizon store and at a cell phone store in years. Danielle was super knowledgeable and helpful in getting my new phone set up. She explained everything simply and in detail about the new plan, and was efficient in the process. Her co-worker Anthony was nice and helpful as well. Thanks for making what could have been a drag a nice experience!

Outstanding experience with Isiah Jordan. This man knows his business!!! He is informed, exceedingly polite and patient, and definitely went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. We had been to other Verizon centers, and the difference between Isaiah and other help was day and night! He is worth waiting for him if you happen to go on his day off. Thank you again for your great help Isaiah!!!

Everyone was extremely helpful and so kind and understanding. They worked with us and made us feel valued. We left feeling good even though it could have been a very stressful situation. We will definitely be taking all of our cellphone needs there from now on.

Needed to get a new phone while on vacation. Ben and Wes were at the store promptly and were extremely helpful in getting us in and a new phone activated as quickly as they could. Very professional and helpful! Thank you!

My phone showed some kind of disconnect. My helper was William...and boy he tried everything under the sun. But it was a no go. So then he researched all options to help me get a new phone I could afford ( I'm 70 yrs). All this he did while greeting others...answering questions and phones. He was amazing with an old gal like me who doesn't understand any of this. I felt safe...heard...and cared about. And the other 2 gentlemen were also kind and helpful when I popped in with my confused questions.

Ricky was absolutely the best! Him and his staff took real good care of me! I was in and out of there within 20 minutes with a new upgrade and all my data was successfully transfered. They're life savers!! Thank you once again!! Highly recommend

Ricky & Elijah are the best Verizon representatives that have been able to assist me. They made sure to transfer all of my data successfully to my new phone. They take their jobs very seriously & went above & beyond to make sure I walked out happy!! Highly recommend :)

Guys are great here. Came in with what usually is seen as lengthy and irritating process. The people here made it very easy, handled everything with effectively and speed. I really appreciated everything they did to make this process as easy as possible. Highly recommend coming to this store for all your device needs.

I would like to say that Danielle is amazingly well versed And incredibly fast and efficient as well! Awesome job! Danielle was able to get me in and out in 15~25 minutes, answer all my questions and her suggestions made the experience very comfortable and satisfying. Needless to say that if she were an employee of mine she’d be first inline for a great promotion and raise! Do whatever you can to keep her, employees like her are hard to find. She is indeed a very valuable employee. Her attitude and professionalism really made this a satisfying experience. I was actually driving dreading I’m coming in to purchase a phone because of my experiences I’ve had with Apple store .,,long lines, disinterested employees and feeling like you’re just another brick on the wall as you wait for someone to get to you. Bravo!

The rep, William, was courteous, thorough, and suggested multiple good additional items. Ended up with a more expensive phone than I had originally planned on, but very happy with upgrade.

Danielle was Excellent and is a great Techie!
I had a great time talking with her and she was able to answer all my questions. She helped me get my new phone up and running quickly after my old cell phone suffered severe damage just a few hours earlier.

I went into the Verizon store and was greeted by Christopher. I asked for a screen protector. He said that Verizon no longer carried that brand but had other brand I could look at. He then went on to check my Verizon account and discovered that I could save some money every month if I changed to a new plan. Then he found I would save even more money since I used autopay. All this just because I walked in to ask about a screen protector.
He was extremely polite, very well versed in Verizon, it’s policies & procedures and he found ways for me to save a few dollars.
I had the chance to talk to him and get to know him a bit. What a fine young man. Verizon is VERY LUCKY to have him working for them and representing their company. I hope to run into him in the future.

Oswaldo did a great job helping me get the iPhone I wanted along with all the needed accessories then activating the new phone, transferring all my data and wiping the data from the old phone. He was pleasant, he listened carefully to all my questions and comments while doing his job quickly and carefully.
