I saw Josaphina when I came in. I have a very painful broken toe. I could barely walk. She knew exactly what I needed & tended to me with loving care. I am able to walk with the shoe I bought-and no pain. I cannot say enough good about my experience. Go there, you will be happy you did.

Made the trip of a lifetime a perfect experience with the ease of working with Josie. She took our call and reserved our rental for a motorized scooter with ease. I was able to rent it for the week and it allowed me to be mobile, wherever my family decided to go. If you are flying into White Plains and need a rental this is the place to go.

This place is a life saver. Sabina was very helpful and thorough in helping me get the right supplies.

I needed a specific model of wheelchair on short notice. Jay was very patient and discussed options over the phone and again took plenty of time to explain multiple options later in person that same day. Despite industry-wide supply shortages, he had ordered inventory proactively and had a ready supply. Thanks for the helpful and knowledgeable assistance. Would definitely suggest a visit.

I went in to rent a knee walker, since I have a foot fracture. I was helped right away by a friendly young lady (I think her name was Sabina) who answered all my questions in a polite, professional manner. She helped me to select the knee walker/scooter that worked best for me and had me try it out in the store. Overall, I was impressed with how well I was treated during my visit; besides the friendly staff member, the owner also came over and asked if I needed help. I highly recommend this business.

I love this place. I needed a replacement N20 replacement piece and they had it for the same price as my usual online supplier. They also have so many cool things from knee braces to orthotic shoes and inserts, electric wheel chairs and scooters, water free shampoo. Seemed like they have everything, and the gentleman who helped me couldn’t have been more helpful and good natured.

Awesome customer service and have a great variety of home equipment! Can service whatever you buy if you need it. I love supporting this local business!

This is a great team at White Plains Surgical. They are very experienced with pretty much any type of situation you can imagine, and excellent at finding optimal solutions. They are also very friendly, understanding and helpful. Highly recommended!

I first went to this store 2 weeks ago with a prescription for a rollator from my neurologist. Josie was amazing. She explained to me what my insurance would cover there (basically nothing) and gave me information to check what might be covered. She also spent time showing me the different rollators and trying them out. After checking with the insurance companies, I decided to pay out of pocket for a rollator
I felt would help me walk more steadily than with my cane. I went back to WP Surgical Supplies because of Josie and their selection. Everyone who helped me there today, from Josie, to the owner and his son Jason was amazing, professional, competent and considerate. I highly recommend them.

Went there to pick up CPAP machine supplies mainly because it was the closest location to where I live. After reading some reviews, I was skeptical however when I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and only had to wait about 10 minutes for the Pharma doctor to help me with the supplies I needed. They had everything in stock at a very reasonable price and I was in and out within 25 minutes. I will continue to use this facility for all of my supplies from here on out and suggest you give them a try. Always keep in mind, the reviews on here most of the time will be for bad service, not for the good service.

This place is hard to reach by phone as voice mailboxes are full. There is a discrepancy between info about hours of operation provided on the website and in their phone message. This resulted in excessive overdue fines in my case.

DO NOT COME HERE. unprofessional service. I was the only person in the store I came with a new born and they took 40 Minutes to tell me that they lost my prescription. I call before coming into the store to double check and they told me that it was received. When I get to the store . Oh surprise they couldn’t find the prescription. Totally unprofessional

We called last week to reserve a wheelchair. The business supposedly closed at 6:00pm the day we were picking it up. We started calling them at 3:45pm. No answer. We called repeatedly, but couldn’t get through. When we arrived at 4:50pm, no one was there. We’re now without a wheelchair. Don’t rely on them if you need one.

EDITED TO ADD: We understand if some people were unable to get to work, but would appreciate being notified of the early closure if our order was unable to be fulfilled. We were left scrambling to find a wheelchair at the last minute when we thought it had been reserved.

I just drove 52 miles to pick up an item I was told was in stock. Though they are open until 6:00, I was told to get support with insurance, I would need to be in store by 12:00. I took a day off work, drove over an hour and they do NOT have the item. They completely lied. They are so unorganized, they have zero idea what they have. They also don’t really understand English. The heavy accented woman is atrocious. No apology, no compassion, no empathy for all I’ve gone through to patronize their store. Just “ LOOK LADY I didn’t take your call”! This place is awful. Why would anyone bother to walk in the door. Do yourself a favor and order what you want online. This place will be closing soon.
