The two girls that work there Saturday August 5th, are absolutely amazing!! Great personalities, sense of humor was fantastic!! Their customer service was out of this world. I came in with My boyfriend to look around and the three of them were talking about their likes and dislikes devil my cry. Which devil my cry was their favorite game to play and why. Great experience!! Love them. We will be coming back just to see both of them. They also told us what deals they were promoting but one get one free. Ty for a great experience

Me and my son had went here to replace his Xbox and the employee Andrew, had provided exquisite help and had done everything in his power to help us. Definitely recommend this store.

Employee under a lot of pressure as it was only him in the shop. He did a phenomenal job handling a difficult customer, along with other customers, and answering phone calls. All with a smile on his face. Great job!

My daughters switch had joycon drift. The women working was awesome with helping figure out how to do our warranty and move our stuff over. 10/10 they're great if they don't have the answer they will make sure to help you get the correct one its all we could ask for in the moment. Thanks so much!

I stopped by this location the other week to browse a few games with a friend. We saw they had good prices for a used Nintendo Switch OLED, and the employee at the counter, who I believe was named Riley, was very kind and helpful. He had wonderful customer service and was helpful in answering my questions. I definitely recommend going here, whether to purchase or to have questions answered.

David is so awesome! It was the busiest Tuesday you've ever seen and this man was a pro greeting every customer, taking care of a longer situation with me ordering some stuff, and answering the phone. He helped work through some issues with availability of games and provided excellent options and made me happy to be shopping at Gamestop. I can't praise his enough! Bravo!

We had visited another game stop earlier in the day where we were never acknowledged at all. This game stop said hi right away when we walked in despite being with someone else. This is great customer service. They also had the elusive item we were looking for and got us in and out very quickly. Much appreciated y'all! My son Loves his Christmas present you helped us with!

I love going to this location with my kids! The staff are always so kind and welcoming and they are also very knowledgeable and always doing their best to help you with whatever it is you are needing and answering any questions you may have. I have literally never had a bad experience there and I really can't say enough how impressed I am with all of staff there. This is the best location hands down!

This location has preformed over all the other stores in all my decades of shopping. Staff has a better grasp of customer relations, & satisfaction.

Jason and Callie(I hope I spelled her name right) were the the best. They were very helpfull and patient with me. I hope I only deal with them and no one else. They were great. Please give then a raise.

I had a wonderful experience at this GameSpot. David was incredibly nice and helpful! He told me about the deals, help me use my pro points, help me find what I wanted, and carried great conversation! Definitely worth the visit! 😸

I went here to trade in an old game i didn't play anymore, the staff were very helpful in getting me in and out quickly. I was very satisfied by this location.

I bring my 4 boys and husband here often. The staff are very helpful and love to talk gaming with my family. My boys are big gamers so its good to have staff know what they are talking about. Love thats its always clean and organized and have great prices!

Great store. The manager is quite awesome she sent back a item that I pre-ordered and couldn't afford at the moment and let me pick it up a week or two after it had already released. I highly recommend the store.

This is the best GameStop location on this side of the city. Don't even waste your time going to the First & Main Town Center location.

They always give special attention to my special...we never buy games just plushies but they are there to answer any question he has and always great us with a smile...one of our few places we feel at home outside our house...thank you!!!

Hit and miss with finding what you're looking for at one location, but the one up the street probably has it! It kinda makes hunting your collectibles more like a treasure hunt, but it can also be a little annoying having to visit multiple stores to find one thing....but still fun!
