Had an absolutely amazing experience upgrading my phone! Vanessa was perfect! She answered all my silly questions and made sure I was up and running AND satisfied before I left. And I did not feel judges for the condition of my previous phone. Will be coming to this one whenever I need ANYTHING! Thank you!

We went to upgrade our phones and add a line and buy new phone cases and the works. Allie was our helper and she did an amazing job at getting us the best deals ever on our phones and service and even our cases. We like Metro PCS because their prices are awesome and their service is as well. Thanks Allie.
