AT&T Store

I love Darian and Faye at the AT&T store! Normally, I don’t write reviews. However, when I receive exceptional customer service, I want others to know.

I had just received a new iPhone 15 pro max for Christmas and was having problems transferring my data from my old phone to my new one….so I went into the store in Opelika to see if someone could help me. Darian immediately helped me call Apple support, who stayed on the phone with us until my old phone’s data was backed up. Then she even stayed over an hour past what was supposed to be the end of her shift to continue helping me. After she left, Faye was so sweet and finished helping me until close of business.

I have been an AT&T customer for over 30 years. The exceptional customer service I received from employees like Darian and Faye is the reason why I will never switch to a different company. Thank you Darian and Faye for going above and beyond to help me! This store is the best!

My wife and I recently visited the Opelika AT&T store and we were assisted by Faye and Darren (I’m sure I misspelled her name) and both of these ladies were extremely helpful, very professional and excellent with engaging with each customer. I have FirstNet and they can be a little difficult to deal with if you have to contact customer service which is usually how FirstNet works, but these two ladies made that process as painless as possible and were able to help us on multiple occasions and made as fun and easy as possible. I highly recommend AT&T and/or FirstNet and this particular location to anyone. Faye and Darren were awesome!!!

I did not catch the man’s name who helped me, but to the man who was working on 09/29/23 around 2:30pm-3:00pm central time, thank you so much! I am not a people person, I hate drawn out interactions and I was dreading going into the store because I just knew it was going to be a long process for me to add an IPad to my plan. It was the opposite! The gentleman was very helpful, fast with the process of ordering me an IPad, and we did strike up a conversation and he was very pleasant to talk to. So to whoever you are, thank you so much!

From the moment we walked in we got exceptional service we were greeted and the wait time was minimal The representative that worked in the store his name was Zak great upbeat personality Great customer service skills highly recommend this store and Zak above great customer service I will always use this the store for any purchases or upgrades thank you and thank you Zak

Absolutely wonderful service. I didn't get the name of the rep that helped us but he was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his job. Proud to be an AT&T Customer!

Torrey and Rachel made today the best day ever !!! I’m so happy and excited for my new phone. For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue online. It took them less than 10 minutes to get me taken care of, and I’m so grateful. I should’ve taken it to him in the first place, because I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from Torrey since the first day I met him. He's knowledgeable and honest and he goes above and beyond to give you the best possible solution, and Rachel is the exact same way. This is the store to go to.

Torrey and James were great to work with at the store in Auburn’s Tiger Town. They never once rolled their eyes at me and didn’t make me feel like I was in fact born in the last century. Important to my generation who miss land lines and a technology free world! They are knowledgeable, extremely patient and just all around kind people. A rare combo these days! A 5-star experience for sure!

Torrey was awesome; I've been with AT&T over 15 years and never knew I could get a military discount. He told me about it and added it to my plan today. He has excellent customer service skills and he is very knowledgeable about his product. I would definitely recommend going to this store.

Great service rep, plenty of inventory .

When I brought my dad on Saturday the 19th to get him a new phone our consultant Katelyn went above and beyond to get us the best deal and not only reducing our monthly bill with an even better restructured plan but getting my dad an iPhone 11 instead of the SE for essentially the same price! She even went one step FURTHER and offered to bring my dad’s new phone to us while we took my dad out for his birthday dinner at Longhorn. She told us the data/document transfer from his old phone to the new phone would take time so she told us go ahead and enjoy dinner and if the transfer and update finished up early she offered to hand deliver the phone to us at the restaurant and that’s exactly what she did! She went as far as to install the phone case and screen protector as well and even left him a nice birthday note! This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life and she was super friendly and incredibly helpful and deserves recognition and a raise for this. Beyond outstanding and far and above the call of duty. We can’t thank her enough and we want to see her recognized for this because this is absolutely exemplary! 6 stars. Not 5. 6 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in today to see Torrey and he was able to handle all my need with my brand new Galaxy A11 I got completely FREE with my HBO Max when I came in! He's a big help and positive person, I highly recommend seeing him! Always great service! Make him CEO haha

Coming here was a great experience overall. The manager Mrs Gough was very friendly and eager to help. She was patient and joyfully answered all my questions. It was the best survive I could ask for. I would definitely come back.

I had a great experience at the store. The management and all employees were very helpful and patient.While I was being helped many other patrons visited the store with many questions and payments on bills and they still manage to take care of me and them both. I bought a new phone they updated everything from my old phone To my new phone with no issues. Overall a great experience a highly suggest going to the store.I had a lot of questions about my new phone they were very knowledgeable even showed me how to use my phone. The location is great right off of the interstate. Many other stores to shop in and take care of any needs you might have.

Your associates went above and beyond. First day the guy was so busy had at least 3 groups of customers and the phone rang nonstop and he helped us all simultaneously and I personally felt he was amazing at multitasking and making everyone feel helped and not ignored. Today the guy that helped me was equally as amazing. I had an awful mishap where my baby girl and keys got locked in my car. He went above and beyond to help me get my daughter out without any hesitation. He helped save my babies life. These two associates work in the Opelika al store. I was in the store on 8/17 and 8/18

As of today we are officially new customers from T-Mobile to AT&T and at first it was quite the experience and had us worried but thanks to Amber Barna at the Opelika store for going above and beyond for us to make everything right, we now have our new service and new phones! We are super excited to begin this journey with AT&T! Thanks again Amber Barna!!!

Was having issues with my att app. Homegirl, who helped me, had a job on her hands, but finally, she fixed it! It was complicated but a relief!
