Ally was so helpful, fast, and kind! She was helping so many people out all by herself, and this isn’t first time. They’ve always been helpful and fast whenever I stop by after work.

I live on the east end of Simi and this is the only location I frequent. I have never had a bad experience, always friendly and helpful with me. Andrea is always helpful, doesn't matter if it's printing needs if my printer is down or shipping packages she always comes through for me.

It's always a quick and easy experience. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

I cane in late , right before closing… I didn’t have the right QR code. The young lady working behind the counter (Shavon - I believe that was her name) was pleasant , helpful, and understanding. She walk me through the steps to get the right QR code, so I could return my Amazon order, properly.

Now mind you, she was ready to leave at the end of the day, because her shift was coming to an end, but she still took the time out, to give me the best customer service, as possible, and I’m grateful for that experience../

Andrea is the best! She keeps things moving right along! It’s so cool if you have a mailbox there they know me before I even get in the door!

I recommend this store if you need a mailbox, people are very helpful there and they know how to take care of their customers highly recommended
