Harbor Freight Tools

Who doesn't like Harbor Freight? If you need a particular tool for a reasonable price you can't beat it. I find myself in here probably once a week. Sure the tool quality isn't the best, but the price is excellent especially for specific tools that you might only use a few times a year. Customer service at this location has always been helpful and great to work with.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of tools, especially appropriate for someone like me who often only needs a tool occasionally. Really appreciate that. They now have multiple grades of tools allowing me to pick what best suits my needs.

Had a couple of things on sale I needed. Ran in and got them with no problem. The girls up front are always so helpful and friendly. I love the deals they have here for members.

Great customer service highly recommend checking them out for anything you’re looking for they have a selection of all kinds of things even things I didn’t think I would find here. I did find here and they have rewards as well. They gave me free Gifts the last time I was there, 3 free gifts at one time. A tarp, a set of flashlights, mini flashlights, and an X-Acto knife.

Courteous staff and full stock. The only thing I seen they were out of was soldering Flux. Nice establishment.

The staff was helpful and available. He even had a suggestion that worked better than what I was planning.

Store was clean, organized, no merchandise pilled up in the way. Was asked twice if I needed any help. I felt a sense of normalcy today while in this store. Found a few items I needed and was on my way. Thank to the staff at Harbor Frieght in Foley, Alabama.

I had to return an item I purchased. I had my email receipt on my phone. I did not use the item because it did not fit my vehicle. They took a quick look at it and I was able to exchange it for another that I knew would fit. They took care of it with no problem. Customer service the way it should be. They were friendly, and very helpful. Thankful for the staff that were there around lunch time. Thank you for your help.

I love this store! I've been updating my home & helping my best friend with hers doing most of the renovations myself, whether it's flooring, fences, electric, plumbing... I always need more tools!! Harbor Freight stocks a decent variety at a great value & the employees are always super helpful!

One of my favorite "toy" stores. I have purchased just about everything they have to offer. I've been a customer since before they had local stores and had to order over the phone. Back then any orders over $49 was free shipping.

The staff is always nice and who doesn't love harbor freight.

Nice sized, clean store. Employees were all very friendly and helpful! My "ticket" items were ready and waiting on me at the door! The employee even dollyed them and loaded them in my car! Great service, selection and prices with a smile!!

Great place to shop for tools priced right

I love shopping here for all my tools and things I need. The last visit I bought solar lights for my yard. They have a lot of painting supplies if you have to paint anything and my husband buys tools and saw blades, air compressors, concrete mixer, and a motorcycle lift. Prices are lower than the hardware stores. They have just about everything you need for household projects or auto/trailer repair. I saw welding supplies there too.

This is where I'll go when I die. I'm here so much, the people who work there know me. I've pointed customers in the right direction while I was shopping because I know where everything is! Staff is awesome, even when you couldn't get anyone hired, they did their best and they were nice to everyone. Always stocked. Always great prices. Keep it up guys!

Even during tough times such as Hurricane Sally, this place operated at the best of their ability. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They were organizes and professional. The supervisor that day, if I remember correctly his name Christopher, was helpful to so many. Answered all questions that came his way with professional and personal advice. The entire staff was calm, collected and courteous. The company didn’t mark up their products because of demand. They stayed true to their prices and distributed fairly.
I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s good to see a company and staff come together to provide in a time of need and be so helpful and not take advantage, but rather support their customers.

I love this store! They have great tools and great prices! Whether you need razor blades, a tarp or a lawn mower engine, you can get it at this place. They also have a great selection of batteries of all types. Including watch batteries and those that would go into your remote control for your car. If you would like some great deals, you can sign up for the online coupons. There's always good stuff that they have on sale at a much discounted price!
