AT&T Store

The atmosphere and customer service I received here is A1, I’m a local customer and usually avoid having to come into stores but I’m glad I came in here to fix my billing issues which allows me to spend more money for myself and for when I’m ready to get my new tablet. I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you Ani!

went in Thursday right before closing & Selena was the only one working the store. She was already assisting a family but immediately greeted me and tried to help me assess my issue. We were unable to come to a solution in store but she did not give up. She tried a bunch of SIM cards in my phone and kept trying to help me restart it but no luck. Thankfully, her advice/suggestion that she gave me to take home worked! I honestly would have never figured it out without what she pointed out to me. She is very knowledgeable, sweet and gives this store a good reputation.

I have found an AT & T store that is "home." Tim and Ani are amazing!
Besides being knowledgeable, they are patient, timely, and professional. Having been an AT & T customer for over a quarter of a century, I'm so happy to have found a great AT & T.

Was helped by Alex! Great guy! I'm honestly really satisfied and happy he helped me on getting my new Samsung! He was kind enough to even put the screen protector on!! Great place and great company! Will be coming back soon if I need his assistance!

What wonderful staff, had questions about my bill and Tim and his manager Ani were so helpful.

I went to trade in my phone and they were so nice about it. It took less than 15 min. Angelica was the one that helped me out. She was the sweetest person I have ever met. Best experience I have ever had at a AT&T store!!!!

I had several issues trying to switch carriers, get a new phone and port my number while out of town with a couple companies. However, when I got home, I called this location and spoke to Xavier who was wonderful! I came in shortly after and he was so great and patient. He helped me easily, explained things to me in a way I understood as a tech averse person and even though I was hoping for better news, I was able to stay calm because of his demeanor. He’s the best!

I had a great experience buying a replacement phone last week. I worked with Edgar and Javier. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They helped me compare different phones and never pressured me to buy the newest, most expensive model. Edgar helped me set up my new phone, and I was out the door in under 30 minutes.

I stopped by this store and was assisted by Xavier. After we got a kick out of realizing we share the same uncommon name as well as the exact same phone, he patiently assisted me as we set up a new account for me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and funny and friendly, a great asset to this relatively new AT&T location and to the company as a whole. This was customer service at its best, and that’s not something I say lightly.

I was assisted by Edgar on 1/9/2020 and he was phenomenal. I purchased my first iPhone after having an Android for 6 years. Edgar was very informative and patient. He was also very personable. If he didn’t know the answer to something, he made sure he found out instead of just saying, “I don’t know. “ I really enjoyed my experience because of Edgar’s pleasant attitude and extensive knowledge about the device and plans.

I visited the store on February 14, 2020. I had an issue with the FaceTime app on my phone. The manager, Xavier, was very persistent in making sure the problem was resolved. He was very patient and followed the proper procedures in order to make that happen. He spent time calling AT&T representatives and stayed calm and patient throughout the process even though some representatives on the phone weren’t very helpful at first. I am a first-time iPhone customer and was hesitant about switching from Samsung. But Xavier assured me that the issue would be fixed and that I would enjoy my experience as an iPhone customer. This was my second visit to the store in a month and both times the service was incredible.

The staff went above and beyond to help me and educate me on my options! Before I went into the store they spent lots of time on the phone with me. They listened to my situation and advised me of all my options. The customer advisors were quick and very professional. I definitely will be back to this specific store for all my AT&T needs.

Had a great experience after attempting several times and wasted amount of hours to transfer services over the phone. Lupita or Pita how she goes by was able to get it done. I appreciate that she was able to take care my family and answered all of our questions. She even stayed past her closing time to complete the transfer of service. Excellent customer service!

Jaden was a life saver. I’m a senior and went in for my mother in law who’s 90.She has had a account with AT&T for fifty years. Jaden is very professional and his customer service was excellent. He solved the issue we had and we are so thankful to him.

Pita was awesome in helping me set up my new phone. It took a while to move everything over from my old phone and she was friendly and chatted me up while we waited. Excellent customer service!

I came to this store because I broke my screen and wanted to know what my options were. Frankie and Ruben explained everything to me very clearly and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming to this store from now on.
