Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Jackie helped me print some flyers for my missing cat and even offered to have her kids keep an eye out since we live close to each other. PS I found my cat safe!!!!

I’ve been using this Olathe UPS store’s services on a regular basis for over two years now. The employees are delightful and my packages always make it to where they need to go. I love seeing the same employee faces day after day which says a lot about their management and culture. Love it!

Really enjoyed the speed & professionalism I experienced with Jeckie! She knew what she was doing and made me feel very confident that my package was in good hands!

The people working there are always very helpful. Jackie will go out of her way to help track down missing packages.

They make extra effort to get to know their customers. And they also work to get you in and out efficiently.

I love this UPS store. The employees are all kind and helpful. I swear, getting invites and things printed at the UPS store is the best kept secret. Recently, Kelsie has helped me get things ready for a baby shower and my daughter’s birthday party. I’ve been using them for two years now and they even printed some signs for my daughter’s nursery. Love this place!

I can't sing enough accolades when it comes to the customer service in this store. I do alot of shipping and my truck was usually loaded.

It was mostly women running the place who would run and help me unload my stuff for the day.

I wasn't tipping and I'm a pretty ugly dude so I was just getting great customer service--something that is very rare these days.

I hope management is paying them well!

The absolute best UPS store I have ever seen. My wife and I needed to ship gifts less than 2 weeks before Christmas and dreaded standing in line at the post office, so we decided to go to the UPS store. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted with a friendly hello when we walked through the door, and even though they were busy, everyone in the store appeared to be happy. They weighed, measured and labeled our packages, and in no time we were finished. I believe we were waited on by one of the owners (Louis) and he could not of been more friendly and helpful, he should give classes on customer service. We will be back!

The clerk who helped me ship a laptop was extremely polite and helpful. I was relieved to know there is a specific box they have for shipping laptops that keeps them secure. Other than not being able to ship a bottle of cologne from the store due to it being flammable (but I could ship it from home or drop it off at the warehouse) and the outrageous cost to ship the laptop, my experience was great. The great customer service made up for the high cost and extra stuff I had to do on my own to ship the cologne.

The group of associates here are great 👍 they are patient and kind!!! I've done all my all online returns here...Highly recommend 👌

I have been using this store for the past several years. Luis and his team are second to none. They will greet you with a smile and get you squared away quickly and professionally. I often email in my print / binding orders and they are super quick to respond and have them completed often before the time I have requested. When it comes to making a customer happy, this UPS store gets it!!!

Convenience and a great experience a few days ago!

One of the best UPS stores around. They do all the custom printing to notory work for you. Very friendly and helpf staff. I went there few times and all those times the experience was great and consistent. This should be benchmark standard of what customer service should look like. Keep

This is the BEST UPS I've ever used!! I highly recommend them. They're friendly, helpful and offer suggestions for smoother transactions.
They're a drop off point for FREE Amazon returns. All you need is the return email transaction sheet on your smartphone and they do the rest.

I have used this UPS Store for years for both my personal and business printing, and I LOVE their attention to detail and service. Luis and Sienna are always willing to go the extra mile, and my print jobs are done quickly, and done right. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their work is impeccable. I won't go anywhere else!
