Very well staffed with lots of people around to assist you. Store gets quite busy but always looked well kept.

Service is excellent and they also offering tailoring services.

It was a pleasure to have Ms. Andrea assist us while we were shopping. She was a joy. Ms. Andrea offered great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it came to products sold in the store and online. We appreciated her professionalism and look forward to visiting this location again.....

Shopping was made easy with Andrea getting me everything that I needed during my lunch hour. She knew my sizes and what would work for my body type just by looking at me. I do not like to shop, and her energy was so calming that I had actually enjoyed it.

Amazing customer service at this store!!!!! Just wanted to say thank you again to Claire, Alexis, and the other girl (I didn’t catch her name) who helped me out with our mix up! A family accidentally picked up my purchase after I paid for it during checkout and they left the store with my purchase before we noticed. These girls handled the problem and got my purchase back within a few hours! Thanks girls!! :) I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently this was handled! :)

This was not my first time here, and service has always been wonderful. But today I came in with a top that had some defects that I'd had sitting in my closet for awhile getting no use due to said defects. The staff took it back with a smile and gave me full credit for what I originally paid. So now instead of having a top sitting around getting no use, I used the credit towards some cute items that will absolutely be loved and used. It made my day, and I appreciate it so much!

Went in to find quality leggings for my 10 year old. The ladies in the dressing room area were super friendly and we're wonderful in assisting us. Clean store, fun vibe and great atmosphere.

Originally came here shopping for my wife, but ended up buying some really nice things for myself as well. Quality is top notch on all their clothing and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I must say shopping with Lululemon, specifically this location, has been the BEST customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.

I called the store 15 minutes after it opened to inquire about the Align Super High Rise Short 10”. Clare answered and offered to put them on hold for me! I was so happy since I couldn’t get off work till 4:30 and they only had two pairs in my size.

The virtual waiting list was a breeze. The fitting room attendant was so nice and knowledgeable. The military discount was the icing on the cake!

I can definitely see myself coming back here just for the customer service! Did I mention the leggings feel like butter?

Yes they’re social distancing and yes you may have to wait to get in but their customer service like the quality of their products is exceptional! Krista helped us curb side and we left fulfilled and informed with products that we absolutely love ❤

I cannot thank the Avalon store enough for the fabulous customer service they provided to me last Saturday, May 1st. I ordered the wrong size pants and they called NO less than 6 stores to locate them so they could be shipped in two days. The Store Manager ensured we went on our vacation in Lululemon Style. Assisting me took no less than 30 - 40 minutes, and they acted like I was the only one in the store. The store was jammed packed. Thank you for the excellent customer service. You are now our lifetime go to Lululemon store.

Liz did a very good job helping us on the sales floor today! I came in today with a friend looking for workout tops (for me) & yoga pants for a family member. She helped us find what we needed & had the sizes that were out of stock ordered for us. I have always been pleased with Lululemon’s service & product quality and will definitely shop with them in the future!

I didn't even know LuluLemon had a men's line. My fiance took me here to convince me LuluLemon is for men too. As usual, she was 100. Sales people were high energy, super informative and friendly. NOT PUSHY. Malachi, specifically is the man!
