Visited the store on 2/12/24 after searching for a specific protractor that was needed to help my daughter better understand her geometry homework.

Although the store ultimately didn’t have it, two gents named Ryan and Malcolm (thank you both) searched their inventory and other parts of the store with the idea that it may have been accidentally moved.

Extremely professional, they called another store, and asked that they hold one at the register for me.

I arrived at that location and was able to obtain it and explain my daughter’s homework to her without and issues.

I needed speciality invites today and I went to buy the paper. I inquired about printing at the store and Bobbie was AWESOME!! She walked me thru the process of downloading the template, setting up my document and assisting me with the printing! She was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!
Also, Alex was very helpful with assisting me with finding the paper I saw online!
Overall, great service from these employees!!

Kristie at the Oak Park, MI store was an amazing associate. She was kind, courteous, patient and supportive.

As a senior who knows little about computers and printing; appreciated Malcolm's patience, knowledge and assistance.

Was there a week ago to print a booklet. Somehow I didn't have the document set up, but the employee who printed it (black woman) was so patient. She helped me reformat the document, answered all my questions and still assisted other clients. Awesome customer service.

Office Depot customer service is top of the line. No trouble navigating through my purchase process. Their service was easy, and very quick, did not have to stand in line at all.

I needed business cards for a business trip in Houston Texas and Office Depot was available for the same day print. I loved the quality of the work and I received a discount for purchasing more than 1 box of business cards.

Wonderful experience today with the print department. 10/10 would recommend the price, service and quality of this location. Most importantly Jennifer was the icing on the cake, you’ll want to ask for her. So kind, so knowledgeable, VERY helpful. She made the experience top notch.

Male copy attendant was patient, kind, polite and cleat on instructions in the face of rude customers who did not know what they were doing! He deserves more than a promotion.

I went into the store 30minutes before closing and Stacy, who was leaving for the day made sure that she told another associate, Marlon exactly what I needed. Marlon was a big help, because I didn’t realize that I needed to format my document from Canva to the Office Depot.com website. It worked great and my business cards were very nice! I placed the order on Thursday evening and picked them up the following day after work . Also, I as so excited when I picked them up that I left my business cards by the copier machine. I returned to the store Saturday morning and my cards were available again at the counter. How cool was that. 🤩

I had to order some flyers online at the last minute and they were ready quicker than expected. There was a challenge with the design I created and the team contacted me and resolved the issue for me and their communication was excellent!

The young lady in training at the register did very well. Had I not over heard her conversation with her trainer I would not have known. She was very courteous.

I wish got the wonderful lady's (Cashier) name! She deserves recognition for her great attitude and smile! I will shop there again, when in the area-> That's for sure!

Cameron was helpful and friendly. Easy access to all products and the service center was very professional

LaVerne was nice and pleasant. Her manager Marlon helped her with one thing and she was off and running. I loved it.
