The day time shift haras me and made me leave while I had moeny on the slots and told me to leave loudly and harshly for no reason at all I had 13 dollars still to play

This store is fine and the employees are good. The manager is what is terrible. Every time I have been in there, she is either standing there telling the employee what to do all while the employee is trying to ring up a line full of customers or she’s standing around chatting with friends. I have never once see her ring anyone up and leaves everything to her employees. I truly feel sorry for them. Pathetic excuse for a manager.

Every time I go in this place I have a horrible experience. Just now I stood at the counter and stared at the worker while he finished his text.. then put up with his attitude and sarcasm while getting my cigarettes. Sad

The customer service here is far from what I've learned Rapid Roberts inc. to be the management and staff see to care less on whether or not the customer is satisfied they like to lean behind the counter and ignore questions asked they have no follow-through or consideration for the customer this should be rectified by your corporation it's giving your company a very bad name.
