David at the Pro Extra was excellent, he was very patient and helped me find the correct drill for my needs. He searched prices and found a good deal. He also signed me up for a rewards account. He is the definition of perfect customer service. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!

I sure appreciate Home Depot's commitment to veterans. 10 % off and a few Vet parking spaces is much appreciated. I never use the Vet parking spots because I always feel there is someone more deserving than me, but it's a warm fuzzy gesture I appreciate. Thank you, Home Depot!

Spring…..The Home Depot’s variety of flowers this year is phenomenal! I’ve been to Tigard and Sherwood Oregon’s locations and so impressed with the hanging baskets and variety of perennials and annuals. Clean and easy to shop made me really want to buy tons of flowers! .
It seemed like it was “Bring Your Dog to Home Depot Day” Everyone was happy and having fun with all the dogs! Feels so great to be mask free and see peoples faces again!

This message is for the Store Manager. I wanted to share my amazing experience at the Home Depot. I walked in and was looking for a water filter for my fridge, and I got so lucky to have Mash help me out. As soon as I asked him he was willing to help and he had a lot of positive energy that he never seem to run out of. He had a smile on his face. He helped my find the correct filter for my fridge. Then on that same visit, when I was not planning to get anything else, he advised my to get a GE dishwasher that was at a great price. Through out the process he made thinks very simple and cleaver. Thanks so much mash.

Helpful employees and a great selection, especially Christmas trees and decorations. Basically self checkout, but friendly associates to help with checkout if you wish.

Mike (in lumber) at the Sherwood location went out of his way to help me in a very frustrating dilemma. I bought a new portable AC but the window adapter was too long. I talked to two staff members at the store and was told they only cut wood and that I'd have to buy a hack saw to cut the plastic adapter. I found the saw (another frustration trying to find the saw aisle) then found and asked Mike to get a final opinion before buying something I would only use once. I live in a condo so no sawing needed. He confirmed yes that'll work, instructed me how and where to use the saw properly but I obviously showed a bit of frustration. As I walked away he called out to me, took the adapter and proceeded to cut the piece himself! This gentleman was my hero for the day! He reminded me there are still good people out there kind enough to take a few minutes to help! Many thanks Mike, you're an asset to the company! Give him a raise!

Hardware associate Rafael was very patient with me. I was not sure what I wanted. He cut 20 lengths of chain for me and helped me find 2 other items. Great job Rafael! 👍

Staff was very help full and they had the left handed makita 36v saw in stock can't wait to use it

Update 9/21/23 - We ordered patio doors here recently. David and Ralph at the pro desk both were extremely helpful with helping us decide which doors to order. There was a slight mixup on one of the doors so it had to be re-ordered. David was very helpful in helping me sort things out today, locate the replacement door, and get the installation scheduled. A big shout out to David and Ralph at the pro desk, both great people to work with.

Great store. Plenty of parking, good variety of stock, nice employees. When i worked in Tigard, I previously shopped at the Tigard Store, which is a good store as well, but it has terrible parking and is typically overcrowded with shoppers. Sherwood is a more relaxing experience.

This Home Depot has consistently been a very good one. Perfect review earned.

We stopped into this Home Depot in Sherwood and picked up some garden stuff potting soil for the wife spray for me and a couple other odds and ends like a double faucet brass all in all Home Depot always has what we need and what we like.

Excellent service as always! I asked one employee how much an item cost & she knew without looking it up, & made a funny joke about it.

Prices are reasonable on most things, in general, & they have a great selection. The store is always well stocked & clean, items are easy to get to & it's usually a quick in & out trip.

Bonus for cat owners;
If you use the "Feline Pine" brand of kitty litter, check this out. Instead of paying around $18 for 20lbs at the pet stores, you can get a 40lb bag of generic woodstove pellets for only $8, & it's the same exact thing!

I've been searching for a specific battery charger for my laser measure. After calling 3 stores Tay in your hardware department was the most awesome person that has extreme patience, kind, knowledgeable, and above any employee I've ever met. This guy deserves a raise before I hire him. 🤣😉

Very friendly and helpful staff! As a young woman, I have had hardware store employees ignore me many times. But the staff at the Sherwood Home Depot have been friendly and easy to flag down for a question.

This is not my first visit to this particular Home Depot despite the fact I live in McMinnville, but today I felt I must post a review due to the excellent quality of service I received from Dale.
I was contemplating the 80 lb bags of mortar I needed to lug into my cart when he happened past me and he immediately asked if I would like help loading them onto my cart. I was very grateful for the help and then continued my shopping.
On my way out to my truck with my purchases I heard someone calling out and turned to see Dale asking if I needed help loading the mortar bags in my vehicle. This was all the more impressive because:

A.He was obviously off work at this point and was on his way to his car to head home
B. It was 110 degrees out!

Now that’s good customer service.
