Ivan helped me set up a local number after living in a different country. Initially my phone wasn't cooperating but he was able to examine the issues carefully and eventually hooked me up to the fast 5G network. Would 100% recommend!

Run do not walk to this A T and T store! The manager James is outstanding. He not only has tremendous talent and expertise but a great gift for truly listening and understanding very quickly what your needs are. I had been to 4 other stores and he was able to efficiently solve what none of the others could. I also watched as Diego another staff member handled very satisfied customers with grace and excellence. This store in a sea of mediocrity rises above the fray...it is top notch and absolutely worth your patronage.

I found James to be quite knowledgeable and helpful. Although it took time James was able to solve my issue and made sure everything was working before, I left the store and let me know to come back if there anything else he can help with. Here’s to hoping I don’t have to see him again but will gladly got back. . . great customer service.

Great staff! I was helped right away & they were great at laying out my options. There was a slight hold-up, due to a verification process that was outside of the store staff’s control, but the staff were so friendly that I was happy to wait!

Terrific customer service. Working with Oscar was such a pleasure. He is a very knowledgeable and clear communicator. He walked me through every step in trading my older iPhone for a new one and made sure we got the best deal possible. No need to go to the Apple store. This was way more convenient.

Nataly is a true gem! They’re lucky to have her. I went in to change my service from a less desirable service. Of course my old service made it hard to switch but Nataly stuck it out and offered suggestions to make the process go smoothly. She was personable and caring. She knew what to do and made switching as easy as possible. I appreciated her fun personality, it calmed my frazzled nerves. Will definitely stop in just to say hi!
