Peet's Coffee

I visit this Pete’s coffee quite frequently. I was going to Starbucks but I discovered I like the coffee at Pete’s better. The app is reasonably easy to use once you figure it out and you can tip the barista‘s easily compared to Starbucks. The employees are really nice. Once I was in a hurry and I scheduled the wrong time to pick up my coffee and some snacks and when I went in they went ahead and rushed it anyway so I can get to my appointment on time. I went back later and even before I could tell them they said last time you were here or you forgot your pumpkin bread and we were hoping you would come back to get it. It’s also across the street from Whole Foods which is next to HomeGoods target is the same shopping center and right across the street is the San Ramon city center. They have a little patio on the side. It gets a little noisy with the traffic but if you want to sit outside it’s available.

The coffee was great and almond croissants are delicious!

I accidentally bought whole beans at the grocery store. I opened the bag so I couldn't exchange it for ground so I took it to Peet's and they ground them for me.

Peet’s Coffee. Always the best. Beats Starbucks every time. Amazing how many people don’t know this.

This is a great location with great staff.

Recently they set aside a pound of coffee beans I paid for but forgot to pickup. (The store was closing mid-day due to a PG&E power cutoff so I had hurried out.) They kept it for me and had it waiting for me the next day. Nice!

Good coffee, but they don't say your name when coffee is ready, it can be bit confusing when busy.

It's a great location! The part that impressed me the most, was the manager was keeping an eye on her new employee on the (I think he was being trained)cash register, also keeping an eye the barista and when it got busy she stepped in, starting making drinks on the other station. She was great! Peet's, good job traing that manager! She is a keeper!

I don't get to this store very often, but when I do it is always one of my best Pete's experiences. Staff is friendly and efficient. There seems to he enough space to handle the ever present crowds. It is well laid out as well.

Baristas are definitely friendly and helpful. They know the teas along with coffee which is really nice. Location is clean and in a great little nook of the Bishop Ranch district in the Target and Whole Foods shopping center.

Way better than Starbucks coffee Every. Time. They have almond milk and sugar free syrups. It's our go to spot. They also have good gluten free snacks as well as gluten ones!

Upmarket coffee shop in San Ramon just off the 680. Friendly service and an ideal place for a quick informal or business meeting. Tried the new Golden Cappuccino with Turmeric and although it took a couple of sips to get used to was absolutely wonderful.

The baristas here are the friendliest that I have ever encounter at a Peet's. As soon as you walk up to the counter to order, you get a great fat, smiling "Hello!" This Peet's gets the morning crowd from Chevron, AT&T and other office workers from the near by Bishop Ranch during the week. And during the weekend, this place has a crowd throughout the day. When it's sunny and not too hot, the outdoor seating area can get really crowded. As for the coffee, the baristas here know how to make stiff foam for my cappuccino. Clean, orderly, the order line does move quickly so that you can be in and out in a manner of minutes!

The people make the restaurant, and Pete's is the best, from the manager down! I always get my coffee here. The setting is also great, and Pete's happens to be a great place to meet people, and make friends.

The employees in here are nice and today the girl even gave me my free refill even though I switched from coffee to Iced tea. The middle of the sandwiches are always perfect.

Probably my favorite Peets location. The staff are awesome and very good at what they do. Layout is nice and open, easy on/off of the freeway too

Is there any coffee better? None!! I will drive by 5 others to go here!! Always so good, if I buy at night I drink half and save the rest for next day!!!

Pallison was very friendly and proactive. Very kind and made my experience memorable. You can tell she loves her job!
