The UPS Store

I have been going to this UPS store and every employee there is so cool and friendly they do their job fast to try to get you in and out. The owner is really cool to if you take time and get to know him he's very nice.

If they need anything important that's requiring shipping for returns or sending the address their package, this is the place where they should go. Plus they have boxes and shipping labels for your items!

Byron is the best service and kindest person I ever met in this store he help me out with a smile on his face and talk to me in the nicely tone even though he was so busy and tired!

My partner & I had to go last minute to get some papers notirzed.
I had reached out a head of time via email and received all the information I needed prior.
The day of, I called in advance (I did have to call a few times, but I know they were most likely helping out other customers), so the notarizer would be available. When we got there we waited roughly 5mins for Byron. He was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. With all the document we had, it took roughly an hour. Bryon was also extremely patient with us even with our two fighting children there. Would 100% come back. And look out of the owners Pug, Peanut. Cutest, and sweetes pug ever!

I want to share my experience at the UPS Store in Montebello, I was greeted by Mayra with a great smile and welcoming attitude. I felt it refreshing in these days to find good let a loan great customer service and that is exactly what I received, she was very attentive and informative of the process she was working on for me. In these days we see a lot of what we don’t like with customer service but rarely we’ll deserve praise. This is the second time using Byron and store #2778 to pick up items from an auction house, package and ship to Michigan. Byron is a expert in his craft and product was very well packed and handled with care through all steps. I highly recommend Byron and his services.

Customer service was very good.

I was having issues with an item I wanted to return from the Disney store but I wasn't sure what to do. I called around to a few of my local UPS stores and none of them really answered my questions- I was just told to come in and they'd be able to help me that way. In the midst of the pandemic and living with someone who is high-risk, I really wanted to limit my time in public and around strangers so I was relieved to finally get help from Byron when I called his store.

He happily explained my issue and continued to answer my questions about how to package my return. He went on to offer to help me directly if I brought everything into his store so I did and found myself in and out within 15 minutes of arriving. I need to also mention how seriously everyone took wearing masks here which really gave me the peace of mind to be in line with at least 7 other people.

Fast and quick service. Great customer service!

This ups store has been in this community for at least 35 years. It’s owned by the same family that started it. Most of the front desk people are young because it’s a great high school/ college job. It’s small with limited parking and the people are generally nice. I’d rather go here than commerce or LA. I’ve never had a problem, the transactions are quick and they are helpful. Anyone who gave a 1 star is most likely a very impatient Karen who probably yelled at the barista for using almond milk instead of coconut. So take their criticism with a grain of salt...

Staff is very attentive and welcoming

I needed a document printed as I don't have a printer at home. I went on a friday afternoon and even though there was a line, I was in and out less than 5 minutes. I'm thankful for the quick and efficient service.

The customer representative that helped me out, Jacqueline (aka Jackie), was extremely helpful! I came in to send a letter the next day and I had no clue as to how to do such a thing because I have never done so. Jacqueline explained to me the whole process step by step and was very patient--she even notified me that I do not have to buy the express mail since one of the drivers was going to the area in which I was to send my mail by the next date. UPS, you have gained a customer! Promote her!
