The coffee at the dunking, in cohoes is always hot and fresh. Great staff. Quick service.

They were out of stuff after we ordered, but made it right and it was great! The staff is really dope!

Not all the employees are nice. Or cool.

5 Stars isn't nearly enough to describe my feelings about this particular DD! The staff is top-notch and Management goes above and beyond for their customers! I think that's why I love ❤ my coffee SO much!

We went thru drive thu and fast service

I order from this Dunkin pretty much everyday on my way to work, and regardless of how long the line is, they always make the wait time super minimal, the staff is always very sweet and my order is never wrong. Thank you for starting my day with caffeine and great customer service!

As always great experience . Felicia and her co workers always doing the best they can. Fresh Boston Cream donut me and my daughter had . And the place is clean and very friendly workers. Busy for sure but always treated with loyalty as a customer. Thank u , I'm literally really been " Running on Dunkin !" Today Stop by this morning had a large coffee. Cheerful atmosphere and great food and coffee and service keep me coming back.

Always a pleasure to go to Dunkin Donuts in Cohoes. No matter what time of day, they will serve you as quickly as possible with the best service they can give. Everyone is pleasant, and though a mistake may be made because we are all human, they are quick to fix. I definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone out there that needs a good cup of coffee.

Can't believe only 2 people handle the entire front end and drive through during their busiest hour. Jessica is great. So is the other, I didn't catch her name

I really like this dunkin' donuts they've got very classy staff. They always make it up to me when they screw up my order. They never give me a hard time.

I love how this Dunkin makes my iced lattes correctly but they have to figure out something with their drive thru. You can get blocked in with cars that are going thru the drive thru.

Pleasant little Duncan that could stands by the road offering coffee and food. The charming staff, never rude help me to achieve coffee attitude.

I love dd I've only had one bad cup of coffee but it was late and I don't know them by name cause I went thru drive Tru but u can't get fresh coffee anytime of day except dd so I give them 5 star I'm not gd with phone and I delete 16.00 dd perk card so mad but hay keep up gd jobs there all great workers
