Best phone service experience ever. Switched carriers and they took care of everything with enthusiasm and patience. Isaac was incredible and explained everything so thoroughly. It took over 3 hours for the backup/switch and he was kind and patient throughout. Just 11/10, so great.

Alexus,and the store manager have been extremely helpful today. The manager helped my mom with app login problem. alexus helped me through the upgrade process being very articulate at explaining the difference packages and add-ons for my service. Give this person a sales manager promotion. Best customer service I've received with t-mobile and it has 100 made my experience that much better.

Hands down the best Tmobile store in MN. Samantha went above and beyond hooking my new S24 Ultra up,moving everything exactly over from the old phone. Set me up with watches and a new 5G gateway. Walked me through all the awesome promotions that were currently running and saved me$$$. Best experience today.thanks yall!!

This location is usually very busy I was fortunate enough to come in during a calm moment. Staff members are always there to help and guide through product choices. I was able to get the newest version of my phone before it was available at other stores nearby.

We were in there for over an hour dealing with the customer care to he was very understanding he explained everything very detailed coming back in about a week to purchase a new phone

I decided to switch services from AT&T to Tmobile. I went to the Richfield location and I had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, Alexus, Jose and the manager were the ones that helped us, they were helpful and friendly. Everytime I need to go to Tmobile I'm going to the Richfield location.

I can't speak on behalf of the store overall but I had a very great experience working with Kimberly D. today. She went above and beyond to help me today. Very Appreciative.

This store is the best. We showed up during the closing rush and both Ferris and Jessica stuck around until after close to help us out with changing our plan, bringing over a line and setting up three devices. They were happy and cracking jokes the whole time. I really appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond for our family. I have been a loyal T-Mobile member since the beginning and will remain so because of employees like these!
