Its places like this that make you want buy stuff so it can stay open. Very clean and neat, with video games waiting to be played with. Reminds me of the older days, when we would love to come to Game Stop because we could demo the systems. Also, the gentleman that was working alone during my visit was amazing. He knew a lot about video games and also gave suggestions on them too. That's something you need when shopping in a store like Game Stop. You need people to answer your questions and make your shopping experience easy, he did that and more. I hope he was the manager of the store because he could continue to be an amazing leader of a franchise right now. I won't return because the store doesn't serve me but I had an amazing experience while i was there. Big shout outs to whomever the guy was and the people that hired him.

The service was absolutely amazing, the staff were willing to help and answer questions when needed, and they give you their most honest suggestion when your purchasing something that you have no idea about.

Really nice clerk. Very helpful telling me about products. He alerted me of t-shirts being half off which I ended up buying one. I also got a shirt off clearance, to which I was impressed and happy with the lower than normal prices. Another positive experience at this store.

The store manager (Christian) is an absolute hero. My gamestop account was hacked and he took the time to get me sorted out. I am so thankful for the customer service I received from this location. Thank you!!! A++++

Phillip made it more than a transaction; he made it an experience. He was well informed, and made sure that I left the store with everything that was needed for a full and smooth experience with my Xbox. I had so many items to carry; he even helped carry them to my car!

I shop here every week and they do an amazing job. The staff are very friendly and always seem eager to help you find your game and some you may be wanting to get. Midnight launches are very structured amid the chaos. Great job guys ;D

Christian at Richfield Game stop is an absolute legend at his job. I've never left a location so satisfied. Give this man a raise. I came in for a simple trade and left with a warranty and I reserved a a game I've been looking at. Honestly was a picture perfect retail salesman. Kudos to Gamestop for having a keen eye for talent.

The customer service was superb. My 11 year old daughter needed Roblox gift cards for a birthday present. They had them! Target no longer carries them. I felt like a valued customer the entire time I was there, but was never pestered at all. That is a tough balance to achieve. I was at the store midday on a Saturday. Thank you for a great experience. My daughter is looking forward to going back.

Went here for a black Friday sale. Ended up staying for an hour because I enjoyed talk in my with the staff so much. They are ridiculously kind and friendly for game store employees, and they helped me find all the items I need. I ended up getting an honest opinion about a purchase I made, and they helped me return it and choose an even better one!

Came in with a question about a pre order and if it was going to be physical. Bailey didn't know off the top of their head, checked the computer, and finally used their phone. They had the knowledge to tell me that the game I was asking about would most likely digital only as the publisher's last game was digital only. Saved me tons of time looking it up

Went in to sell my Uncharted Limited Edition PS4. The wait took a while (no one's fault, just really busy), but the service was great. Helpful employee gave me more than I thought I'd get and was friendly. I recommend this store also because of the great game selection. Almost made me want to trade instead of cash out...almost.

My experience inside the store was pleasant. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I asked questions.

Chris and the rest of the staff, but specifically Chris, has been nothing but kind and caring. He works with my mom a lot who is older and sometimes difficult to work with but he always takes the time to answer her questions, find the best games for her, and offer her all of the best deals.

Chris is an angel. This man deserves a raise if he hasn’t already had one!

Great, not all game stops are equal and this one is above the rest. Simply put i enjoy every time i visit and am impressed with the customer service. The employees are great and surprisingly honest. If only all game stops were like this one.

Great place. Great attentive staff. They're always like "how can assist you" to get you on your way. They just tend to be crowded in the afternoon however this is just layout that makes it crowd so easily.

My favorite GameStop. As someone who has worked retail, the manager was super helpful from when I bought my PS4 over a year and a half ago to when I preordered Odyssey and every time in between. I’ve never had a bad experience there. Appreciate all your knowledge and help!

Jesse and Chris are some of the nicest people I've met while visiting GameStop. Not only did they hold on to something for me that I had been looking for they gave my son Pokemon cards! I wish I could leave them a six star review. Thanks again guys!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I bought juton on PC and I always enjoy the atmosphere whenever I come to visit. It's like coming into "cheers", they make you feel welcome.

I don't see why people leaving bad reviews about this place. They're great to me and I enjoy visiting them. Every time I go there and I have a question about anything game related, they answer to the best of their knowledge.
