The employees at this location were fast and the lady up front that helped us was very friendly and kind to my toddler when he randomly started talking to her. The bakery items were delicious and the drink was made perfectly.

Halley was amazing and helpful! Great experience at this Starbucks. I think they might have forgotten to do blonde espresso but i could be wrong. other than that the drinks were great and i will be back!

They actually knew their coffee and wanted to see the customer happy. I asked for organic. True coffee without all the hype and toppings. He opened a fresh bag..ground a cups worth, he supplied me with stevia and Almond milk that I added on my own and wa-la...my morning could begin. That done..I purchased the whole bag for more yummy organic coffee to come. That is remaining true to Starbucks true beginnings of spreading good coffee happiness one cup at a time. 5 stars. This is in comparison to another location in St George where the order taker said..."organic? I have no idea...I don't drink coffee". Whhaatt? I don't care if you don't imbibe in the product...at least help and be courteous to the customer.

Made drinks perfectly, way Play friendly staff and the weight was not too long but just about right per how many cars were in the drive-thru.

I have never had a negative experience at this location! All staff has been friendly and welcoming. The food and coffee is always enjoyable and fresh.

The staff is always quick and efficient. Very kind! I've yet to have a problem here! Theres also a lovely view of the wonderful red rocks when you sit outside. The establishment is well kept, and always clean!

I come here at least once a week and the staff is always so friendly and so accommodating. Not to mention that they get my complicated order down each time.

It was amazing the service was fast and with the nicest people ever as a mom am so curious if they like stuff or not and when I went to Starbucks they loved it it was amazing how fast it was the drinks where amazing and the food omg can not with it was so goooooood

I never really leave reviews on Google, but this place is honestly the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Besides making the best coffee I’ve had compared to other Starbucks in St. George, their customer service is incredible! The workers there are the sweetest and most caring people, I wouldn’t want to start my morning at any other Starbucks besides this one!

I was debating on going to this location, for a few different reasons. 1. Being that I had a bad experience a year or so ago. 2. The line was reallllyyyy long! I'm glad I did though! The customer service was so great. The employees were sweet, friendly and the line disappeared fast. When I paid and got my coffee, it tasted great! I live closer to the red cliffs location, but I'll drive to this one, just for my coffee order being correct & the staff!

Great service, made the wife’s drink perfectly and we grabbed the kids some sweet treats and it’s right next to a Supercharger for our car which is perfect

I always try to stop by this location on my way to work every morning, because it's close and I love it. They've got great service and a very friendly atmosphere. I can only recall having an incorrect order once, but I totally understand the struggle of retail and the food industry. They were very pleasant about it. I can't recall the names of everyone, but every time I come in, they are all friendly. I love y'all, keep up the hard work.

White chocolate mocha coffee is one of the loves of my life, it is my comfort drink! It is awesome to order online and run in to pick up. Skipping any line always makes me happy, for a perfectly crafted hot coffee with white chocolate it is sublime. Summer works just as well with a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with a shot or two of espresso!

This store is my favorite Starbucks to come home to. I live in LA and this Starbucks far surpasses any Starbucks in LA. It's always clean and the staff are always so friendly and they always make my drinks correctly. The girl with the long dark hair answered all my questions and even turned me on to a new drink that I now order everyday! I'll always go back to this store. I don't understand the negative reviews on here. I've been going to this Starbucks for at least 5 years and have never had a problem!

I have always felt like family here. Everyone is super friendly and kind. The trainers coaching the new baristas are taking their time, they always make the moment right if something goes wrong, and honestly this is the best store in town. Quiet atmosphere, air conditioning is always just right, and customers and baristas seem to have good connections.

I’m sure the influx of bad reviews has to do with their dining room being closed due to staffing. Do get over yourselves and give the crew some love. They work hard here and I have seen this place be consistently busy 24/7 making your sugar coffees.

Great location and great service! I've seen these employees be victimized by horrid customers regarding masks (when they were required). The one that sticks out the most and that I witnessed first-hand was from a local business owner, Nick Nascimento. He belittled staff when he was asked to wear a mask, and then proceeded to verbally attack my daughter in front of the store as he was leaving. He then CALLED ME AT WORK because I left a review for his obvious horrible professional behavior and asked me to take that review down. He apologized. Seeing his review from that day tells me he was only trying to save his reputation. Provent Pest Control acted like a petulant child at this location and I can't imagine that his business practices are much better.
It is unreal how poorly customers feel entitled to treat the people that are providing them with a service. It is embarrassing, really. This last year has shown the true colors of so many people. Do better.

I have frequented this Starbucks many times and one particular employee, Kyler I believe is her name, is the nicest and sweetest barista I have ever encountered in a Starbucks. She is always so fast at making everyone’s drinks and they are always of high quality. Even when super busy, she makes it a priority to be helpful and kind through all of my questions regarding the menu and flavor options or my stories. Never have I seen someone so excited and willing to help others at 6 in the morning. Also she makes the best Starbucks drinks I’ve ever tasted time and time again because she has her head on straight and knows what she’s doing unlike some of their other employees. I’m sure the regular AM customers will agree with me that she is hands down the best barista they have and keeps this location on its feet. I’d say it’d be a 2 star location if it weren’t for this 5 star barista

Still really good espresso and a fair price compared to newer places in town. The one on Bluff Street always does a great job with their drinks.
