I just want to say the manager here nick is just the best. Gamestop is lucky to claim him as one of their own. He goes above and beyond for his customers and is an example of how someone should run a business. He is attentive and actually takes his Job and customer service seriously. It's always much appreciated!!

I always buy games from gamestop. They always have what I like and I will continue to be the value customer that I am.

I've stopped here twice now. Once, when outfitting my new laptop with a controller and then 2/21 when trading in my own console (I can't even guess the last time I used it let alone purchasing a gaming laptop in the past week.) On both occasions I was impressed by the level of customer service. Having worked retail, including management, for years I can define pretty well what is trained and what is genuine and albeit the typical stuff all employees have to go through when greeting a guest the staff at this location really went above that point. Especially with my trade-in. I think it was Josh? Anyway, he was super helpful, and though I know it's a thing they have to do it really was in my interest to do the paid membership thing, especially now that I'm regularly getting back into gaming with my new system. I really appreciate the time he took and just how helpful he was.

Another random note: amongst the random memorabilia, they have nice polyhedral dice sets for $6.99. Not a huge variety but the variety they have are really rad and similar designs at gaming stores/online are AT LEAST $12.00 and what ttrpger doesn't need MORE dice? it would be cool to see gamestop step up a bit more with a few more ttrpg accessories. I get they're more focused on video games but it would still be cool.

This store has excellent employees. Always helpful but not pushy. Knowledgeable about games and very pleasant. Keep up the great work!

AMAZING staff I haven't found better they try to get to know you they treat u like family I love it and they always are out to help u get a good deal they do their very best to help you they are fabulous not to mention they usually have the game u need and if not and you order offline they never have a mess up it's always there I absolutely love them I recommend it to anyone

Excellent service. Great prices. Need a new game? Go here people. Join the club thingy and it will save you money and you get a magazine each month. Get yer nerd on and enjoy. This place will take care of you.

This is the GameStop people in niagara falls should go. The dudes in here are very professional. If you have any kind of questions about games or technology they can pretty much answer it. They give good recommendations about the newest games and even older games. I want to give kudos to nick I believe his name is. Everytime I go into this store he is extremely helpful. Thank you again for services.
