My husband and I brought my elderly father in to get a cell phone.
We had the absolute best service one could hope to get at this location.
We were shown plenty of options and were out the door in no time.
Great service, friendly, efficient and a very good price.
Could not have been happier. Go there.

Everyone that works here is awesome. Helda is amazing. She spent a couple of hours with us switching over 4 lines. She is so patient & knowledgeable. Even helped us 2 days later & called to check that everything was going well. Another guy (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) is also incredible. He called me the weekend after we needed to wait for, to help me with another issue we were having & rectified it within 10 minutes. If you are going to switch to Metro PCS or if you already have them and need help definitely go to this location. Hands down the BEST customer service & BEST Metro there is.

Great customer service is alive and well! Top notch experience at this location, staff helped me set up my new phone which was kind of a complicated situation. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and warm. There was a young lady who we dealt with also, she was great too. This is my new metro store even though it’s not the closest. Thank You!

This review is more about a person than the store itself. Mark used to be at a Metro store near me in Michigan. Mark knows more about the industry than anyone I've ever known. I bought several phones from him over a 7-8 year time frame. I've never been disappointed with the outcomes. We became friends and still keep contact with each other. If you need a phone Mark is the man to see!! Worth going the extra miles to see. One of the best individuals I've ever had the privilege of meeting. And at 70 years old I've met a lot! Go see Mark for all your cell phone needs! You won't be disappointed!!! We miss him here in Michigan!!

Went to replace an older phone (2yr LG Stylo4) and researched a few options online that I wanted to see in person before committing. Glad we did. We were welcomed to the store immediately, and asked if we needed help. Gave the representative my number and asked for the pin that was texted to me so he could access the account. Ended up we were eligible for an upgrade price which was a significant savings over what we had thought we'd have to spend. The representatives name was Ballow (sp?) and he is an asset to the store. Very knowledgeableable about all the products, product features and specs. Most knowledgeableable cellphone person I've ever met. He asked if I wanted a screen protector and offered to help install it. He did a great job and even offered a discount if I wanted a case too. I never buy any add ons but he was so helpful I couldn't nsay no. Highly recommend this location and Bellow.

I had the best experience today at this store today. Mireya is the best. Not only did she help me out with figuring out what was wrong with my bill she made the experience as easy as possible. Have been to many Metro stores, in fact did a review on Anthony at a Claremont store a while back. Here (at a really out of the way store) I found Daniel who on two visits made a few complex problems look simple and easily fixable. I like Metro for their products, I keep buying them because of the face of the Company like Daniel. Anthony wasn't just a fluke because Daniel is as strong. Great customer service by smart people who know their stuff is where it is at and Metro appears to know this as they hire the "cream" CRM people.

Went in to see what they had to offer, ended up switching. Danny & Mireya helped me transfer all my stuff over to the new phone, glad i didn't loose anything. They went above & beyond with me. Thank you, this will be my #1 store to go to.

I originally purchased a phone at another metropcs store 3 weeks after I purchased my it was stolen. I was in the area and i stopped by to see what could be done. I was greeted by Jazmine i explian my situation she pulled up my account and unfortunately i had no insurance and i was not eligible for an upgrade. She explained current promotions and i was able to walk out with a new phone and accessories all for a good price. Awsome customer service. If you are looking to get a phone I will definitely recommend you come here.

Hi, I'm Brian. I've had my account with Metro PCS for some time now and ive got to say the staff there is by far the most courteous, knowledgeable and respectfull bunch I've yet to encounter. Daniel went above and beyond retrieving info out of my phone, when it was crushed, when everyone else said it was irretrievable. This alone has made me a loyal customer at Metro PCS by T-Mobile.

Ask for Mike, I had issues with my phone the first day i bought it. The ☎ was bought at another metro pcs.The case he sold me was the wrong one, pushing the tempered glass up, having to push hard on the keys. Was totally fed up with the new ☎ and that metro pcs location. Went to another Metro pcs in El Cajon on E Main st and talked to Mike. As soon as i told him what was going on with the ☎, he knew exactly what the problem was. He replaced the tempered glass and the phone case. So far no problem. Talk to Mike and he will take care of your problem phone. It's not location it's the people of the location. Thank you again Mike. I will go to you if i ever have any issues with my phone.

Great place to buy a phone and good deals. Service walked in tell the guy about it fixed it like it was nothing now my phone working brand new thanks so much be there soon pay my bill.
