Party City

Love this Party City!! I've been going here for at least 20 years. It's our go-to spot for Halloween and birthday/baby shower/gender reveal parties! They always have what I'm looking for! The staff is always helpful too! Highly recommend for any party you're throwing! They're great!

Kevin is such a helpful person with a great personality. Most of the staff here is very nice!

This was my first time going to a Party City. This particular location and store was really cool. They have a variety of options and cool things, decorations, costumes, cards and so much more. The employees were very helpful and showed wonderful customer service.

I came in needing help to fill balloons strong enough to hold florals, Emily was so friendly and helpful she was able to have the balloons ready for me in a time crunch. Also the pricing for helium is significantly cheaper than other local party stores.

Wanted to shout out Jessica, Erin, and Ashley who were so helpful when my husband and I came in for a balloon centerpiece for my daughter-in-law's baby shower. They were courteous, friendly, and helped answer all of our questions. Definitely will be coming back for all my party needs!

At first I was a bit upset, I bought some things that were supposed to be on sale but ended up getting charged full cost for them. There was a clear confusion on the cost of them to begin with. They were closing and by the time I realized it was too late. I went back the next day and they made up for it far better than I could've even asked for. They gave me an extreme discount and I couldn't have been more grateful. It was a pretty disorganized mess but again they made up for it, went well above and beyond in making me happy.

Love this store! Staff is courteous, friendly & helpful. They also kept their cool while handling rude, awful customers. They let the customer know they couldn’t blow up balloons for a walk in on a Saturday because a lot of other orders that were already ordered & paid for, the customer was yelling & cursing that it was personal but the staff kept cool & respectful. They take a lot of verbal abuse but didn’t stoop to her level. Great job girls.

Great store. So clean .Every isle packed with everything you need. Different colors,designs,etc.

I would just like to say kevin is amazing I purchased alot of balloons the butterfly collection for a celebration of life ceremony for a baby and he helped with everything the girls that helped inflate and assemble them were just as great! The balloons looked amazing

Great costume store. Tip for pre Halloween check the local papers they have ten dollar off coupons. My son got great shark costume this year.
