Ok, I've been a customer here for almost 20 years so this review is long overdue. I've found what I needed for my cars and received amazing customer service every time.

When there was a hiccup with my recent order that needed to be shipped, it was resolved with the utmost kindness. I appreciate Kyle's assistance with this issue.

I cannot recommend Luke at O'Reilly's enough! His expertise in auto parts is unparalleled, and his dedication to customer service is truly commendable. Luke's friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond make every visit to O'Reilly's a positive experience.

I recently visited the Natomas O'Reilly Auto Store on a Sunday (10/22/23), and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. My Kia Sportage's front headlight needed replacement, and the level of service I received was truly commendable.

The manager and the entire staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond, even taking the time to personally assist me in replacing the headlight bulb. Their expertise and willingness to help made the process seamless and stress-free.

I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. It's rare to find such a high level of customer care, and it certainly sets the Natomas O'Reilly Auto Store apart. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

This place has pretty awesome service! The workers there are dedicated to helping you solve whatever problem you have with your car (if you need help of course). The lines get a little long at times, but the workers their try to serve people as quickly as possible while making sure all their questions get answered. I will be definitely returning for future auto part purchasing!

Alfredo was amazing. He helped with changing our battery but we completely appreciate his knowledge and kindness towards us. I also asked a few other people for help and everyone was just as kind, so thank you

O'Reilly's is the only auto parts store i would too to. They always have great selection, very helpful, good prices and they keep your purchases on file with your phone number so you don't have to keep receipts to return things

Great location with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They will help you to get the product you are looking for and get your car in working order. Definitely my go to location.

Just the night before went to leave in my car and it was dead. The next day I stopped at O'Reillys to have them check my battery and also the alternator. Surprisingly everything was all good. It's nice to be able to just pop in and they'll do that for you. I left having peace of mind and that was everything to me. Thanks!

I knew I needed a new battery so I remembered hearing a commercial about this place on the radio with a catchy jingle to it. The workers here are sooo nice! They helped me better than the Auto Zone down the street who charged me more and couldn’t even install my battery for me because they “didn’t have the right tools.” A shout out to the workers at this store and Sergio, who installed my battery for me within 5 minutes! Great customer service!

I just had the best experience ever at a parts store! The store manager Raudel was phenomenal! Please go see him for your mechanical need you will not be disappointed! Thank you for your professionalism!! And the cashier with the curly hair was awesome as well!

I am like a kid in a candy store here. I love it. I use my truck as my #1 work tool. So I continuely check and recheck and do alot more then the scheduled maintenance. And all the employees Here are great. They keep me updated on any new products that have come out and they go far out of their way to make sure I have what I am looking for or explain why I need something else. I go here before I go anywhere else, even if it means I have to drive across town to get here.

I went in knowing only that I needed a new battery. I didn't really know what type and only had a glimpse of an idea how to put one in. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed and Joe was very patient with me. Now my car starts fine and I'm happy to know it won't die on me anytime soon. He gave me my options so I didn't have to overpay for anything. I'm very happy with O'Reilly and this store in particular.

I love the low prices! I love that I can call and order a part. They can bring it from another store to the store closest to were I live or closest to the vehicle needing to be worked on is located. Whichever you prefer. Sometimes items can be there the same day and sometimes they have to order and bring it from their warehouse to their store which can take 3-28 days to arrive. They call you right away when your order arrives in their store.

Needed headlamp for my car and Luke went over all bulb options and helped install them. Great customer service!
