Matt F and the manager Kat went out of their way to make us feel welcome and find a plan that not only fit our needs but was under budget and even managed to surprise us with extra rebates we never expected.

The employees of this store are obviously trained to make the customer feel like a Queen or King and it’s apparent by the amount of return business from even extended distances.

I had a terrific experience on Sunday December 3rd thanks to the help of Matt. I decided to break away from Verizon and join my wife on T mobile and Matt helped with the arduous task patiently and pleasantly. He provided me with a new line of service, transferred my number over, accepted my old phone on trade for a very fair price, set up my new phone, transferred the contents over, and indulged my annoying indecisiveness on a phone case. It turned out to be a busy Sunday and Matt seamlessly handled all of my tasks while helping others, without ever skipping a beat. The phone and service has been great and I’m very satisfied. You have a true asset here and I hope T Mobile recognizes this exemplary representative.

I recently switched carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon and have been pleasantly surprised at how fast my internet is now. The customer service here is pretty good, Matt helped me set up my family's new lines just in time for the holidays. He made the process easy to understand so I recommend him to other customers coming into this store.

Rob K is the definition of a mobile expert. He has once again helped me with finding a phone that suits all of my needs. I have never met anyone so personable and patient when it comes to sales and he never pushes anything on me. He lets me, the customer, make all of the decisions and gives awesome solid advice when it comes to upgrading. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly to everyone who comes in the store. I literally go out of my way (I do not live in Wall) to go to Rob whenever I want to upgrade or make changes to my plan. If you’re looking to upgrade your phone or switch to T-Mobile definitely go see Rob!! He’s the best!!

Last night I went into the Wall T-Mobile store. I needed a new phone and had the pleasure of working with Matt and Christian. Matt helped me navigate a new plan that not only helped me take advantage of a current promotion but will give me better service and much more incentives like free Netflix and Apple TV.

Unfortunately it took longer than expected to transfer my old phone data to new phone and we crossed over the 8pm closing time. No worries though, Christian and Matt were happy to stay longer than needed so I could save all my pictures and videos that were packed into my old phone. It took forever but we had some good conversation and a couple laughs during the transfer process.

I recently visited T-Mobile for an upgrade. A worker by the name Christian helped me through every process to make sure my upgrade process was quick and easy. Thanks to Christian I left the store quick and happy with my upgrade. He is amazing!

What a wonderful experience! I needed a new phone and this kind and very informative young man helped me. He helped me get my new phone, transfer my information, get all the accessories and explained to me the benefits of switching my internet to T mobile. I ended up connecting both my home and business to T mobile internet and I have been so pleased with the service and my savings monthly in both locations. His name was Christian … he was kind, helpful and a cutie. Made a usually stressful experience so pleasant and efficient! A big Thank you to Christian!

Boy! Does this guy know his stuff! Not only did he walk this dinosaur thru the ins and outs on my new phone, he actually made me think it was easy! So we bought two! (Yeah, one for hubby…) How I lived without this convenience all these years because of fear I just wouldn’t “get it” was for nothing! Plus he’s a really kind and respectful young man! Had to have my iPhone transferred from Sprint to T-Mobile, there was no way I was able to do this myself, went to the T-Mobile store, and employee by the name of Kat was amazing walked me through all of the steps basically did most of the work herself. I just answered questions highly recommend it.

The people at the T-Mobile store off of route 35 in wall township or so nice. I received the warranty phone and they help me and spent the time setting it up. K a t Christopher and Paul were also nice and friendly and helpful The customers were happy and friendly it's a pleasure to go to a store like that one. I was there before with the phone I was having trouble with and when I received the new one I went way out of my way to go there so they could help me out. I will go back there and I would recommend that store to my friends.
