Hackensack Meridian Village Pharmacy

I’ve been using this pharmacy for about a month or so now. I recently got a job with HMH and the insurance they give you requires you get maintenance medications from other hackensack facilities. I was disappointed I couldn’t go to my local CVS anymore, but I have to say I actually LOVE this pharmacy much better. They are always kind when they answer the phone, call ME when my medications are ready and ask if I’d like them shipped. (also super convenient because they are in jackson and its quite a drive for me) it is an extra cost but still very convenient and for me, worth it. Overall, wonderful customer service. :)

My only interaction with Hackensack Meridian Village Pharmacy was to receive a COVID19 pre-antibody treatment of Evusheld. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my question due to my immune deficiency. Once at the appointment staff were very friendly and customer oriented. If I lived in Jackson I would definitely make this my personal pharmacy. Thank you to the entire staff for making my experience wonderful.

The staff is very helpful! I was unable to locate a medication that was prescribed to me at my usual pharmacy or the others closer to my home. I took to the phone started calling all the pharmacies in my area. When I called Meridian Village they said although its not something that they carry, they were more that willing to order it for me.
When you are not doing well and all you want to do is feel better, but you cant get your hands on the medicine that you need to feel better its a awful situation to be in. I am so grateful for the kind soul that answered the phone. They had the medicine for me the next day! I will be going back to them from now on. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy has amazing staff! Raven goes above and beyond with helping if you have a billing or insurance issue or even if you just want to stop in and say hello! They have delivery which has been a blessing and they are extremely professional and efficient. Great team!

This pharmacy staff is always professional, friendly and take cares of the clients/patience quickly. The staff is knowledgeable. I never had a problem. When I waited on sight for my medicine to be done, they worked quickly. The covid test was done in 15 min and handed in my hand outside.

Fantastic pharmacy. I received my COVID booster here. I was able to easily book online. It is well organized upon arrival. The whole process couldn't have been better. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Raven answered the phone and answered all my questions about the rapid covid test - she was so kind and nice and although I could hear phones ringing and chaos in the background, she did not make me feel rushed at all and treated me on the phone as if I were her only concern. I’m so sick today and it was very much appreciated. Gabe came out to the car to do my test - he was also so nice and very gentle and had my results back out to me in just a few minutes. I highly recommend the pharmacy for the rapid covid test. So easy to schedule and lots of appointments available.

Love this pharmacy! The staff is so friendly and professional. They are so helpful and perform so many other duties like flu shots and Covid testing. They are conveniently located and always willing to try and save you money. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Meridian Village pharmacy since they opened. Gabe & John the pharmacist go above and beyond with your pharmacy needs. They treat you like family, not like these pharmacy chains. Allison is very kind , efficient and accommodating. Allison answers all of your questions in a calm manner, never makes you feel rushed, and she always has a smile on her face. If you have any type of questions about medication or over the counter medication, the techs are always willing to help. Thank you for being the best pharmacy around.

Covid test was quick and simple, and they had plenty of appointments available. I liked how I was able to stay in my car and avoid being close to people who may have had COVID-19. Doctor was friendly enough.

Pharmacists from the Hackensack Meridian Village Pharmacy came to my community and administered flu shots, Covid 19 boosters and shingles vaccinations. The pharmacists were warm, friendly and very patient. I had no reaction to my vaccination and no pain afterwards.

Received my Covid vaccine here. Was a simple process. The facility is easy to access and clean. Staff was friendly and thorough.

Hackensack Meridian Village Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to they get to know who you are they deliver to Jackson for free Eric raven and a bunch of others there are very very accommodating and pleasant to be around. I am so glad I found Meridian Pharmacy.
