My friend recommended this location to me when I needed a new phone. Zach helped me pick the phone I needed and set everything up for me as well as purchasing a watch which he also set up for me. I highly recommend this location and if you can ask for Zach... he is very nice, helpful and professional. 5 stars This is now my go to location for my cellular needs

The store on Northbend is the best Tmobile location in the city. 5 stars 🌟 Zach who has always helped me with anything from getting a new phone or adding a watch to my plan has always made the experience easy and enjoyable. All the reps in the store are friendly and welcoming. Thus will always be my go to store whenever need assistance just because I have always had a great experience with Zach at this location. Highly recommended

If you wear or have a friend or family member who wears hearing aids, please read this post. I just bought a new T-Mobile phone and was unsuccessful at getting the unit to pair up with my Bluetooth Phonak hearing aids.
I stopped in at the T-Mobile in White Oak @ Cheviot and North Bend Roads for assistance in there. The 2 gentlemen that were working, Zach and KJ, were EXTREMELY helpful and when I left the store the aids were paired up. It was a very helpful and pleasant experience.
