Jim, the golf pro, was very helpful! After purchasing a putter grip, he installed it and gave me lots of great tips. for any of my golf needs, I plan to go back and ask for Jim.

Store was clean, employees busy working, lots of inventory, something for everyone. I recommend this sporting goods store.

Just got 2 of our girls new bikes for Christmas. They were sitting in the garage all winter and got one of them out to ride and the front tire was flat. Went to get a tube and planned on taking it home to fix it and Mike took care of it for us. Good to see excellent customer service when it's hard to come by these days. Thanks Mike, it was my Bday today and my daughters bday is Sunday and she wanted to go for a ride after school. You made her day saving us time having to going home and giving us more ride time!

Went in to look at new golf clubs / irons
Jim , who's been a gold pro 56 years , helped me beyond my dreams , fitted me for better grips to fit my mitts , changed them while I waited, ended up by a new driver, bag , and sand wedges . Shaved 7 strokes of my handicap two rounds in a row.
The rest of the staff was also friendly , courteous, and professional.
It's not often you run into exceptional service and an A+ experience when buying from.a corporation, I highly recommend these good people.
And FYI, I bought the Tommy Armours set , and their wedges , and I hit them better than my Mizunos , or my ping eye 4s . Docks now owns these clubs, and they are half the price of all the competition, I highly recommend these sticks. Very forgiving and plenty of yardage as well !

Jim who is the golf pro at this store was extremely friendly and helpful to my husband who was getting a club re-gripped. He took the time and care to make sure things were done right and customer service was top notch. Very kind man and we enjoyed working with you. Thank you!

We’ve gone here a few times. Each time, everyone was really helpful and nice. Always have what we are looking for and they support local athletics which is always nice!

Always go to Dicks for my sons sports gear. They have a friendly staff and of course everything you may ever need for your sports factor. I jus wish they had more shoes in sizes 13 n up.

The staff was helpful, especially the bike department. I was just looking at bikes and they were not trying to be pushy about making a purchase.

Yeti mountain, Patagonia and any sports equipment you need make this place top-notch. Prices are steep but products are worth it.

They're NOT the cheapest, but ARE so helpful which well makes it all worthwhile !
