Very clean, friendly staff, well organized store. The exterior was kind of busted, not much curb appeal but then you walk through the doors and it's like a complete disconnect, so well run and put together.

I needed to return items purchased online. It was simple, easy to do. I walked to the back of the store and there was the return counter. I did all the return processing at home for the online order and then took the paperwork with me to the store. It was processed in a second. Very easy.

I took my mother-in-law shopping for an outfit to wear to a family wedding. She was so excited to see a good selection of fall-colored Alfred Dunner! There was a good selection of sizes. She's lost a lot of weight recently and has no idea what size she needs now. She selected 3 outfits and happily zoomed her walker into the changing area. A large stall was available much to her delight. Kudos to the comfy chair for me in close proximity in case she needed a little help. After about an hour in that chair I wandered out to the clearance section & found a couple pair of shorts for myself too. Mom got the perfect outfit for the wedding and found a couple of irresistible basics as well. The ladies at the checkout were wonderful, allowed us to do a return at the front of the store instead of sending us to the back where the online orders are handled.

5 stars to Lane at the check out register! She was kind, patient, talked to my kids and was just so nice, even though we were checking out right at closing time. She never made us feel bad or rushed and I just felt she deserves some praise for that! Thanks, Lane!

Liz in the make-up department was AMAZING! She took time to find the perfect shade and taught me some new tricks. Very impressed. I'll definitely be back to see her!!

I had a Good experience. The store was well organized. There was a good selection of boots a great sale on the boots. the African american gentleman that greeted me offered alot of help, and informed me of the coupons that were available. I usually order online I was in the area and decided to stop in Hamilton mall store. I'm very glad I went in the store.

We stop to shop for bedding. Didn't have a lot. I did buy a couple dress tops. The young lady checked us out was, SO VERY NICE & HELPFUL !! I told her how nice & friendly she was.
You don't see a lot of that very often.

We had the best photo session with Izzy S! She had great ideas and got some awesome pictures of my family.

We went to the JCPenny for portraits in Noblesville and Izzy S. was wonderful. She was very helpful and thorough.

Great value and excellent service when picking up my online orders.

We had a fun time shopping. Some of the clearance prices could have been better. But we did find some good deals. Our check out girl was very nice.

Some say the days of the mall are long gone, we beg to differ. It is still the perfect place to shop, exercise and play all in one place. My favorite shops are Bank of Pinball and Earthbound.

Could not find jc and nothing costs a penny pretty mid store
