Hi I’ve been a customer for AT&T for 4 years, when I need help I visit this store for great service. The store is clean and presentable. Karam is an associate that I trust to help and guide me on the right direction. He provides professional fast service. We could use more workers like him.

Probably the best customer service I've had in a long time. Not only was a greeted with a smile but I was always checked on; asked how my day was, what brought me in, complimented my shirt (just a perk lol). I felt comfortable in the store i didn't feel like "just another sale" like I do at most other stores or carriers. Good job guys, you got a customer for life :)

Great Service. Walked in and was greeting by Nancy. Explained to her my situation with Verizon Wireless. (High Payments and even higher payments if we finance phones)
Long story short, I pay less and walked out with more. More coverage. no blackout area. and i walked away with a new phone.

I recommend you make the switch if you are currently with Verizon

Alex, helped me with phone issues that I couldn’t seem to solve. He graciously helped set me up with a JBL speaker & Air Pods. Extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile in service! Outstanding Representative!

Boy was I lucky. I went in there with some billing issues for my cellphone and ended up, not only leaving happy, but got a great deal on two phones and two free tablets! On top of that I was personally helped by their store manager and HIS manager Mike. I felt super special. I will continue to come here, and urge all those with AT&T to come in here for any needs you may have.

I normally don't write reviews but I am very pleased with the customer service so I have to write a review. I came in today to upgrade to the iPhone 7 and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales rep was very professional and was able to give me a discount. Definitely coming back!

Jaybo, the assistant store manager provided the best experience I have had with any service provider today. My wife and I walked into the store frustrated with our now no-longer-cell-phone-provider ready to switch to AT&T. We had spent all morning attempting to do so ourselves online but finally gave up and came in to see Jaybo. He made sure that our transition from Verizon to AT&T was as smooth as possible. He took the time to help us unlock our phones from Verizon and made sure that we received discounts on everything from our contracts to our new apple watches. He is incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. By the time we had walked out of the store, our phone bill was nearly cut in half. Definitely would recommend AT&T to all of our friends.

Went in to purchase new phones. We were greated and helped by Jaybo San Juan. He provided excellent customer service. Answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

2 weeks later. I noticed there was something wrong on my bill I called the store and was helped by Jaybo San Juan again. he managed to fix my bill and get me a credit on my account. THANK YOU so much for your help

Went to this location to pay my bills and I was greeted by AJ. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He noticed that I was paying way to much on my phone bill and helped me save a ton of money by changing my plan on a new unlimited plan. Also, due to
Him helping me save money I decided to upgrade to the new Samsung S9!
AJ was able to transfer all my information from my old phone to new s9 and answered all my querstkpms and concerns.
I would highly recommend asking for AJ for any of your ATT needs as he is very professional and helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience as I usually hate going to cell phone stores! I will be back to upgrade my wife’s phone as well.

One of best stores to go no big lines everyone is very helpful there's always 5 people working. I bought 2 phones and 2 iPads and direct tv here everyone was really nice and helpful best coustomer service. I spoke to the manager atul and told him how happy I was with the service Alex, Adriana, and Lauren gave me please go see these guys they are very helpful.

Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had when shopping for a cell phone. Atul was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very patient while he helped my wife and I shop for new phones and wireless service.
Atul and Cuhautemoc helped us for over an hour and continued to be patient and helpful with us even though we stayed there passed closing time.
I will be coming back to these guys in the future and if you’re looking for cell phones and service I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I would recommend this store. They always provide great customer service and no matter what problems I have they always fix it right a way.
I went to wall mart a few years ago and ordered direct tv and it turned out to be a nightmare. I did not want to go back to direct tv, but this store did a greatjob and now I have DIRECT TV AND INTERNET FOR 65 $ and I have FREE HBO everywhere I go on my phone and tablet which is cool.

Manager helped me upgrade my phone, lowered my bill, and helped me transfer my info. I like this location waaayyy better than the last one.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. So much better than other locations in the area. Even though this one is a good half hour from where I live, this is the one I'll be going to from now on because the staff actually try to help...shocker right? Overall, staff puts in a good effort and is really nice, which is miles above what I can say about other locations...especially the one off of Knott and Katella

I am stoked with the phone and deal I got from AT&T company. I wanted a smartphone that would do the basics, the manager Atul suggested the iphone which was the best option. Atul, asked me many questions to help me get exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this store, they focus on great service!

I was having trouble with my phone for couple of days so I just walked in and I was completely satisfied with the service I got from Atul. He took care of it all and explained the problem to me if it were to ever happen again. Ask for Atul and you won't be disappointed. Great service.
