Jess and her team were wonderful to work with during my events! Communication is clear and reminders were sent along the way. You can tell that she uses higher quality products than anything available online & her vision is impeccable! Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Jessica is great to work with, she was flexible and open to ideas. She has innovative ideas herself and is very talented. On the day of the installation, the centerpiece balloon popped and she went the extra mile to make sure to get another one made in time for the event. Jess not only put together multiple fantastic balloon installations for our wedding but also recently worked together with us for our baby shower. Jessica is one of the most talented people I know! I have used her 3 times to decorate my boutique. One for Christmas, GALentine’s Day, and my one year anniversary. Her attention to detail is amazing. She is very friendly and delivered and installed the balloon art. I’d highly recommend using her for any balloon art needs you have.

The Cheerful Balloon is great. We got balloons for my grandma's 90th birthday and they were incredible, and most importantly the family loved them - they even took them to church they next day to show off! It is just a great local spot and our son is already asking for balloons for his birthday.

I had Jess do a balloon garland for my bridal shower in April. She was very responsive in emails and I thought was reasonable in price. What I really liked was she sent a detailed mock up of what the balloon garland would look like with the colors and my reference photos attached. The day of she was already done setting up but I got to meet her and she very very sweet. I was blown away by how big the installment was and how beautiful it looked. I would recommended everyone to go to Jess for any balloon needs! :)
