I have to say, I was very pleased with the help and answering of my questions. The staff was great and the girl who helped us ( we will refer to as E) was very knowledgeable and took her time helping to make sure our questions got answered and our experience wasn't a waste of time.

Best T-mobile store I have ever been to. They treat you like family unlike the lancaster store. The store manager and the staff are absolutely fantastic.

As a former employee this is the worst t-mobile ever if you are in that area I would avoid at all costs. Amir the store manager is full of himself just go to the Chillicothe store instead.

Got the run around from customer support saying to go to a TMobile store and then the employees at the store were also able to answer or help me either. Wasted a 40 minute trip to get nothing accomplished
