Brent was amazing! Such a great employee, super helpful, and so nice. He was super patient as well with all our questions! Highly recommend dealing with Brent when coming in.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I was going through a roigh moment, and simply wanted to browse to take my mind off things. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I felt right at home.

Walking into Gretchen's Hallmark store at Volusia Mall turned out to be a lifesaver for me. After browsing for a bit, I walked out with two items and signed up for the Hallmark Crown Rewards program. The impact on my day was immediate - my troubles seemed to fade into the background, and I felt a sense of peace that lasted throughout the day.

I'm am grateful for the staff at Gretchen's Hallmark for embodying the Hallmark culture, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

One of your workers (I didn’t get a name) but she worked May 7th, showed an act of kindness that warmed my heart and she seemed like a literal angel. So I had to leave a review.

A customer had grabbed an item that caused the rest of the shelf to collapse, with fragile items falling (accidentally of course). She immediately began panicking and getting emotional. That worker rushed over, asked if the young lady was okay and if she was injured. The customer said she was okay and the worker said “okay that’s all I need to hear. These items are replaceable, you’re not.” She continued to reassure her as she picked up all the items.

Too often we react to situations on a whim. If only we take a breath and react with kindness, this world would surely be a better place. Be like this worker.

I was looking to find a card store and my accident I found Gretchen's and what hidden gem.
Not only did they have carry every Hallmark item known to man but the best find was the staff.
Donna is a the main reason I would shop there again. Not only did she help me with my purchase but she was training a new hire with such professionalism it was so refreshing to watch.
I'm heading home now but when I return to Florida I'll be shopping at Gretchen's.

I love Gretchen's Hallmark Shop! The customer service is A+ with such helpful ladies there that helped me find a 95th birthday card. They have such a nice 2 part store. I especially love the Vera Bradley & jewelry side; my weakness.

If Christmas has an address on Earth, it would have to be located at Gretchen's (especially the store in Port Orange). Of course you can find beautiful Hallmark items and plenty of other wonderful items from Vera Bradley, Brighton, Spartina, Ronaldo, Pandora and Finch Berry (to name a few). But, what makes it truly unique and special are the people who work for Lucy's and Hallmark. It is Heidi, Breanna, Carol, Donna, Danielle Jeanne (to name a few L0L) and their personal, professional attention to detail service that makes for a completely enjoyable and rewarding experience.
