Kyle L .. At the Port Orange location. was amazing fast and kind. I come to this big lots all the time. And Kyle always helps me with everything I need... Had a few issues with furniture but the Store Manager, Sarah, made sure things were set right. Although this is a smaller store, it's always clean and employees are friendly. My husband & I LOVE LOVE LOVE shopping at Big Lots!!

This is a nice location. The people are friendly. The variety of merchandise is helpful. IF You see something You like, I recommend you purchase it while you are there. Many of the goods they sell are not recurring stock items. The Deals are budget friendly. I like stopping in here from time to time just to browse for anything I might need before I go to a big box store. This Store is following All CDC Covid Safety Precautions. Had a wonderful experience buying a bed frame. The assistant manager went above and beyond to ensure we got the current bed frame we saw online, brought it outside, and helped get it in the car. Thank you so much! All staff was nice and helpful!

They carry name brand food and other products at great prices and offer additional discounts on a regular basis.

Our family loves Big Lots. A great place to find all the random little things that you need!

I looove this store and all the employees especially one of the cashier's Tara she's phenomenal 😍! The store is also well kept and has an Awesome GM Sarah with a great team! Who goes above and beyond to meet all their customers needs! A hiring manager Cathy who is spectacular! Everyone is always well dressed in their uniforms. Well groomed, friendly and always smiling! Amazing staff again that's always willing to drop what there doing to help out a customer or even another employee with a huge smile. Kudos Biglots great store and fabulous employees!

Haven’t been to a Big Lots in many years. I went to this one to kill some time while my GF got her nails done nearby. I would say 10-15% of the floor space was dedicated to KD furniture, beds, and tables.

The groceries I looked at were all well within date, while years ago it was maybe a month out or so, today the Best By dates were mostly Spring 2023.

As expected lots of holiday stuff on sale with Halloween marked down at least 30%.

Men’s room was nearly spotless. Overall store was clean, though a bit cluttered.

We recently bought our sofas from there and my husband didn't get his military discount, well the associate who helped us was phenomenal. She rang the sale (past the 30 days) to give us the current sale and she actually saved us over $400 instead of just $100 something it would have been. I will say get the protection plan with it bc I'm not certain how great the quality is of the metal in the frame but we are overall pretty happy with ours.

Go there a lot. I like it for my stuff. They are the only ones that carry dog breath treats. 9 1 21 seems no one carries this treat anymore. No one.

I love going to Big Lots the price are wonderful and not that expensive. There prices are much better and affordable than Walmart. What I purchased today it would have cost me much more if I have gone to Walmart. The cashier was very polite and sweet.

My favorite location. Good prices. Pleasant staff. If you see something you like, don't wait to get it - buy it right away, the next day it may not be there.

Port Orange:Nice clean store, clean bathroom with art work on walks. No graffiti! Helpful employees.
Please tag & label your products!!! A lot were not, had to get a shopping cart full of price checks. Frustrating from the consumer POV.
Corporate, it's not tagged it should be FREE or in the very least 50% off. I'm confident the tagging will be done. 😌
Pay your base employees more, you are lucky you have them! The only one who gets paid decently is the store Mgr. Not right, just sayin'.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I have been so impressed with the customer service at this location! Always kind and very helpful.. I went from going maybe once a year to over 7 times this month.

I hate going in that store because I never can leave without at least two freaking baskets of s*** that's addicting because the prices are so good and the people that are really nice and friendly but the prices are unbeatable and they have some original s*** there

Inexpensive things I needed. So inexpensive, I bought stuff I did not intend to purchase. Good customer care and good parking.

Who doesn't like Big Lots! All the stuff in here is super cheap and usually great. Sometimes you can find some name brands in here. These are probably my favorite stores. Thus location is clean and friendly as well. I have no complaints.
