Honestly just want to say how amazing this pharmacy is. I just saw a bunch of bad reviews and it makes me wonder how.

Maybe a few years ago but not in the last year that I’ve been going.
My toddler seems to be prone to catching any and every sickness that anyone has. & it’s always the most inconvenient times when the pharmacy is either REALLY busy or about to close. Yet Jerry is always able to take care of us.

Tonight was no exception. I went in 25 minutes before closing just to see if there was any possibility of getting my toddlers prescription that was sent in an hour before. I knew there was a big chance it might not be possible and I wasn’t going to argue or make my case because I saw how busy they were.

However, the person up front was super kind and understanding of my toddlers age and the pharmacist Jerry ( who is always top tier nice/understanding) was able to expedite it for me.

I do not expect in the future for that to happen and I will never assume that will happen again. But Jerry is always really great at working with me even when I’m sure it’s crazy on his end.

I just want to say how much I appreciate him and the team. As a mom, it’s really hard to see my kids suffer and being able to rely on my pharmacy is huge.
Thank you again. ( I think the pharmacists name is “ Jerry” if not then I’m sorry! )

Just read some of the reviews, a couple are things I experienced over the last couple of years, however, fairly recently it seems to have turned around. Was just there less than two hours ago and was there yesterday. Different team of people, both teams quite friendly, helpful and professional, to the point of going out of their way with service. Thank you.

I’m not sure why this CVS is rated so low, but this personally my favorite CVS to visit in Volusia County! There is an amazing pharmacist manager named Kylene that works here. She is an absolute delight to speak with, and she’s extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of OTC medicines. She knows exactly how to help you save you money (CVS’s generic brands + the CVS carepass program) and she’s so patient and kind in answering any questions one might have. What an absolute gem of a pharmacist! The rest of the CVS staff here is pretty great as well; I’m just super impressed with their morning pharmist manager, Kylene. Give her a raise (esp since she has another kid on the way)!

I don't understand all the bad reviews... I've been going here for three years and the retail part of the store has had the same friendly, personable staff. I just recently started using the pharmacy and they're a little busy but not rude or anything. I won't go to any other pharmacy... I was even SUPER hesitant about the COVID vaccine and I trusted them to do the very last thing on earth I ever wanted to do and got it.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location , however it does seem a bit more disorganized these days and their are a few bad apples there as well that are lacking customer service.

Had everything I need at last minute with reasonable prices. My only complaint. No public wifi.
